I've driven on Buttonwillow years ago - great track for me to learn on - pretty safe with few obstacles in case of OTE (Off Track Excursions). You must fly around the track in that bad boy

Fun track, they’re making it bigger now too. Going off sucks in this car because of the dust. This car FE2 is the second fastest in SCCA

Badass. I have a 74 that is up right after out bathroom remod. Already did the long arm fronts, have new shock hoops on the way, disc conversion is staged and ready, and now I'm contemplating a all new wiring harness. These are almost as bad as boats, just on the land.

very nice, how did u bend up the square tube?
I started with tube and put solid rod inside so it would hold the square shape when I bent it. I welded up a jig to bend it and used an oxy-acetylene torch to warm it.

Bought my brother's 1965 Schiada today, it's been sitting for the last 11 years but was started/running last year. Has a sb 350 w/ Berkeley jet. Nice to have 2 Schiada's but will most likely let her go when I get her refinished with new upholstery, carpet and freshen up the mouse! What do ya think she will be worth?

I kick myself for not buying a custom Racer trailer from a customer of mine.

He put a roll away in there in a fixed position, a compressor, a mini fridge ans a generator. All very clean and neat. I am an idiot

Converting a gas saw to electric. The complete unit is a 7.5hp single phase and its where I'm getting my measurements for the other frame. The one being built will be the same size physically but will have a 10hp 3 phase motor to pair with another 10hp 3 phase self propelled unit I have. I'm also converting another frame that had a 35hp Wisconsin to 15hp electric but that's the long term project.

I forgot to wash my pillowcases when I did laundry Sunday so I guess for the moment I will just work on turning them inside out for this week...On the boating side of it I really need to recover my Sanger Runner and my Spectra 24...But it’s supposed to be 105 today in Noho... so maybe for the moment I will just stick with the pillowcases and a nice cold cup of French Vanilla coffee???...

208 or 460 / 3 phase ? Are you using this in existing facilities with 3 ph or generating your own power ? On 208 that's going to take a rather beefy cord, especially if it's very long. Of course that 7.5 single phase at over 30 amps ( I'm guessing 208/240) is a big bruiser cord as well if it's very long.

What did you use to fill in the cracks? I feel like a Boatophile! I can't stop myself from eye raping her! I need help, but aside from that....great project.
The gel was .150 thick and more. Todd and I figure it was primed then sat in the sun for what ever reason, you could poo plate size gel off the deck.
He found other filler issues as well. I don't know wha

I'm an owner operator that bought equipment on sale and going for it. Lol. Before I move out of Ca and got into this I would use Garrett and Sawman.

The 3 phase saws are 460 volt and pull 12 amps. I use 200' of SOOW 10/4 cord. Power comes from a 25kva generator. The single phase saw is 208/230 and pulls 31/29 amps and use 75' of 10/3 cord. I have a 6/4 cord I'll use if I need an extra 100'. That one is powered by the 25kva generator or an 18kva Volt Master single phase generator.

Cool 👍👍 Nice setup !! Do the electrics spin up better and provide more torque ??

The electrics feel more torquey but are more sensitive when the blade starts to bind or excessive load. I use them indoors when exhaust fumes aren't allowed. I can use them outdoors but there is too much involved to run them outdoors when all a gas saw needs is just a water hose for the dust.

Some long overdue maintenance on the toy truck, had to cut the uniball cup off the lower arm and replace it. Some how the uniball got loose in the cup and was wearing it out for an unknown amount of time, almost wore completely through, would have made for an interesting drive.
