I honestly dont think it would ever pass a final inspection, supposedly it had permits pulled and passed some inspections. the doors are open you should take a tour. FYI if My plan comes together there will be big gates around the place and a van that runs the drunkards down to foothill in the morning. I wont be responsible for putting a bunch of derelicts on the bridal path.

D I'm in for a half stake!:thumbsup:D Maybe STEAK would work out better!

You know I thought the railing looked a little ghetto when I first saw it. I assumed it was there for construction only. Didn't realize it was the finished product. :)

Poke your nose in there if you have a chance, deffinately one WTF after another. I guess the real question is how did a bank end up with it? There is no way that construction financing was used, would not have made the second draw. This guy had to have his own personal ponzi scheme going and when the shit hit the fan this asset was somehow in the mix.

Call Holmes on Homes and tell him how some fly-by-night wanna be contractor took all your money and that is what he left you with . It would make for a good TV program and give him a chance to tell you how good he is......just ask him.

My guess is he used all the ins money from the fire, built himself, went out and borrowed on it when times allowed for borrowing on most anything with a mailbox, then defaulted when things got shitty. I didn't know it was empty, haven't been up there for awhile.
