I had a very good time! The weather, Sat was sick... it rained for 10 min sat evening. I saw some good friends, and meet some new ones! THe car-boat made it up the dunes. I got the go on a nice, sand rail ride. Thank you Dave, for the invite... Same time... Same place, next year!!! :thumbsup

Here are the rest of my photos from this weekend in Parker. Rain almost all day (Sunday) it was nice though just to sit out on the porch and watch it rain. Also thanks to Dave for having his awesome camping shindig. It was fun and nice meeting new river people.

So during one of the many beer stops.. I cut the shit out of my finger in a can in the cooler. Danny finally pulls up in the rail and he must've missed a corner or something, because there's sticks & cactus in the passenger and back seat.. LOL

I make a comment about it, he throws a litle piece of cactus and the little bastard stuck to me!! Those needles are sharp! Note Danny's thumbs up in the background.

At one of the stops, the "Powder Puff" section started.. So with the girls driving we started blazing back to camp. I was riding in Todd's Rhino listening to the stereo.

I think the total damage for the weekend was

1 22 inch Rim Taco'd (hit a pothole on shea Rd)
1 bent spindle on a Rhino
Joyner had some problems, but I'm not sure what..
1 sliced finger..
A bunch of spent bullets both ammunition and Silver..
A whole bunch of pigs, and a cow.

The second pics was everyone partying up on the hillside late friday night.. If your wondering what they are looking at, we were watching WMC's billy goat get stuck, and make another run.. Took a couple of tries, but he got it up. (get your sig lines)

The Sandbar Resort Car Boat showed up..

I think most of our Rigs had finally showed up in camp now.. About 1/2 the group made a run to the desert bar. The other 1/2 was going for the win on the BBQ scene. Dirty Deeds Tim & Karen showed up on the quad.

WTMFA pretty much brought a cannon to a knife fight.. This would be his rail..

Chemical Driven's rail is the yellow one in the 2nd set. He took us for a pretty decent night ride. We were thinking we were just gonna be cruisin. We were both tightening the belts right after we left camp. I can't believe how fast this thing is.

In comes the hitters, the Cole Trickles & WMC's submit their ribs..

Note Cole Trickle actually prepared his with presenation in the tins, lettuce whole 9 yards.. He was the camp favorite to win.. Point in fact there was originally talk of a "Clean Sweep"

Stacy was talking about the pulled pork all the way home. Wants me to go to the brandin school of cooking.

Now that the judging is over, and offroading has commenced.. The big coolers come back out again, the campfire was lit and let partying begin all over again.

After 3 days of this stuff though, most were in bed by 10 - 11:00 PM on saturday.>
