I think that this was a classic SNAFU in timing. I saw the boat with a seat, then I heard that Terry Lankford (K-6 I think) had it.

Now, I get the impression that Terry got it a little ahead of RD and Scotty's scheduled 'fitment'......

Thats exactly what happened but there is 9 months of time to get it figured out. Terry needed the seat because he looked great in his boat.:thumbsupIt was great seeing you Carl:champagne:

Well I watched Jerry grandstand it at 80 mph for a few minutes.. I think Fueller in the blue Spectra woulda got em.. Ole Ritch had a flip cam on the boat though and we watched it.. He went inside to take care of some nature and I snatched the footage right quick.

Upon closer examination and turning up the volume you can hear ole Kerry saying "I was giving her all she had." at the launch ramp.

This leads me to 2 conclusions.. Either 1. He wasn't. Or 2. Some of the v-drive boys put some small gears in the box to keep it pretty side up and Jerry out of the hospital..

Either way, after watching it all.. The question isn't whether I'd pass him.. I'd give odds on taking a full on rivercruiser up there and running harder then that. The question is in a "real" K boat, how many times his ass is gonna get lapped.
