We all know the NFL sucks and the only thing that sucks worse are the Raiders!!!!

I have been a Raiders fan since the 70s when we were kids my brother and cousins played for a team that was the Raiders. Since then it stuck even though they sucked most of the time. Fast forward to about 10 years ago when our son decided that he was going to be the rabid Bronco’s fan he is and bash Dad every chance that he could. I have had a few bucket list items like watching one of the last games in Oakland right in the “Black Hole”. Excited to see move and new stadium in Vegas and then the wokenes happened. I stopped watching but our son kind of still did as it was a way to keep in contact with his childhood friends across the country during the year with fantasy football.

Well last fall he went to the wife and asked if she thought that I’d join him at the Raider’s vs Bronco’s game this weekend in Vegas. He wanted have his classmates join from Hawaii, CA and WA. With my crazy schedule they decided that it would be best to schedule it and not be a surprise. So they came to me and set forth with a plan. All was going as planned until this week when one of the friends came down with an illness and had to pull out. I have been reaching out to a few friends and all are not able to make it. Some are still trying to make it happen.

Rather than try to sell the ticket and sit next to an unknown psycho Raiders fan or worse yet another soy boi Broncos fan. I thought I’d throw this out on RDP and see if anyone is interested. I think that I’d rather sit next to a RDP member even though I might regret that as we……..

It is this Sunday around 2pm in Vegas. Who’s interested?

I hear you on the work Don. I leave Vegas to Hawaii bright and early Monday morning. It was to be a week that has been cut to 2.5 days so I can return to CA for meetings on Friday. Then again to CA one day the next two weeks.

I might be your huckleberry. I went to a Raiders Broncos game when they were the coliseum and we had to park our car in some guys back yard. I had a brand new truck and he said leave your keys in the car. I thought oh well what the hell that’s why I have insurance and watched the game We came back after the game and had to wait till the fraidy cat that didn’t leave his keys to move his car!! Quite the experience

I remember when I first moved here and went to the mall in Vegas and just happened to walk by a Lyle Alzazdo signing. His wrist was maybe the same size as mine. For about 2”. There was a time...cleaned up and looking "proper", shiny shoes and a pressed shirt. Still have them somewhere, relics of a past life. Now it's worn boots and blue jeans, "dressed up" implies jeans and a shirt with no stains. Can't say I miss the baller life...but I do miss the food

Nice. Wouldn't be a problem. Life long Broncos fan with Raiders season tickets. Only game we wanted to go to, but my tickets sold for a stupid price $$$ .

$800 tickets could be had for $200 for a hot minute at one point in the season.
When they fired the coach and had the mini-streak scalper prices went back up, seats started to re-fill.

Paying $100 million to Chuckie was the red flag and the team has been mis-firing since. Sentimental hiring is a sure losing policy.
If Pierce get the position and drafts right, chance the team may be competitive in spite of the guy with the Amish Bowl Cut.

I have a blown out knee and a ruptured Achilles heal so the 2 mile walk to simply get the to the entrance sux. A fantastic venue for sports fans and worth a visit if you're a stadium fanatic like me.

Vegas is price gouging already and ya add a home game weekend then the town doubles down on the gouging..

Dumb fuck, muleheaded Fire Wood Ray once shows up with a KC shirt. Damn near got himself sent to the ER so I brought the wife this time instead.

The hot ticket, if not tailgating, is take the bus from 1 of the station casinos. $4 and they drop you off 100' from the gate. Bus every 20 minutes.

Stadium security and entertainment in that stadium is first class. Not a worry in the world at that stadium. The stadium customer service is phenomenal especially security. I would go and I’m a fan of neither team just because of the stadium.
