Awesome on the meatballs! I worked at a local pizza joint (Graziano's) all 4-years of high school and we hated, and I mean hated, meatball night! The prep, the cleanup aye aye aye. Best times of my life working there...learned to work hard and fast, and in unison with other employees when it got busy. And the owner let us hit the taps!

Your restaurant must kick ass - we only cooked 2 trays every other night.
If its Y.L. I loved that place, and Friscos was my 2nd favorite. All through 80s and 90s

Is this the same as the Grazianos in Redlands? Their pizzas were pretty good back when I lived near it.

Okay a quick little thread jack...on the Graziano's, there was a few of them, but they were independently owned.

I worked at the Grazi's in Riverside, not to be confused with either restaurant in Mira Loma on Limonite, or in Glen Avon next to Stater's.

The Riverside restaurant burned down in 84/85'. Its owner had opened "Grazzo's" in Hemet, and it started off real good, but he lost that one too. Hard to run a pizza restaurant from jail.

Now we get our pizza from D ' Cesaro's in Riverside, and they have an identical recipe book. From the hand rolled/kneaded dough, down to the sandwiches, it's all good stuff. I've eaten at many "famous" sandwich shops throughout the DTLA area...and they don't have anything on D ' Cesaro's.

That's a beaut......
I wish we had a good pizza joint here in my town. The best here is roundtable and while they do make a couple decent pizzas it's nothing on par w/real Italian pizza. Many years ago there was a great small, family owned pizza/pasta joint that made great pizza w/ incredible crust. It was like a foccacia bread but not exactly, very unique and very tasty. The owners sold it to one of their employees. He lost it in a lawsuit shortly after when some underage white dude got drunk & mouthy and spouted off to some black dude outside. He body slammed a couple cars before the brotha man caught him and fucked him up in the p- lot real bad. It closed about a month later and never re-opened. Very sad for all involved.
Choices, they do make a difference in life.

The Bay Area/ N.Cal has a few. There was one were we used to live. Liked it a lot. A bit pricey but really good.

If I lived closer I would be at your place at least once per week Tony. Small pizzeria's and oldschool barber shops are awesome!
