Quagga Patrol!!!

So what infraction caused them to pull you over? Was a random safety inspection or something else. I would be pissed...pull me over and tell me why then I understand ....may not agree with it but I understand...but if you are randomly just doing FST's...that is BS.

They don’t need probable cause on the water.. why I don’t know but they don’t.

Negative, it is 2 different transactions. Guys that only boat in saltwater were complaining that they were paying for a sticker that doesn't pertain to them so California made it 2 different transactions.

Here's the crazy thing. You would think since these are two separate transactions there would be no way someone would f it up. Nope, this year all three of my vessel registrations had double (4 stickers) registrations stickers and no quagga stickers. Yet, i had a receipt for registration and quagga stickers. I had to go down to the Needles DMV to get the quagga stickers i paid for and they couldn't figure out how it happened. These idiots have to get naked to count to twenty-one.

Pyramid, Castaic and Piru all have it, Pyramid was the first of them to get it and Pyramid supplies water to Piru and Castaic. I noticed that the water at Castaic was clearer than past years and I mentioned that to the Lifeguard, he responded it's because the muscles filter the water. He told me that it's there to stay. I figured they found out that they had a problem when they drew the water down to retrofit the water tower a few years back.

Honestly dams and other 100% in water facilities aside.. the quaggas really made Parker and havasu a much more beautiful place.. all growing up Parker was kind of “blackwater”. Now it’s clear..

I’m sure this doesn’t help the fish population though being visible now.

I would think at most mvd’s that would take em to 19 would it not?

Other BS thing. If you were issued the mussel stickers. But not received. DMV will not issue a second set. Happened to me 1 year and Grads was kind enough to send me some as they sent him 2 sets.
