What's a good pressure washer in the 3k psi range 4gpm. Where to buy in CA?

Also looking for a dual head wand for it.

Neighbor hired a painter with 1 and it worked 4 times faster than the ones I have. He only spoke Korean so I couldn't really ask where he got it.

Need something with a CAT style pump, not the consumer grade swashplate pumps.

This Looks about like what you want....

Second the Cat pump, piston for me 👍 I have an older Craftsmen with a Cat piston pump and Honda engine, excellent washer (5000PSI, 3.8GPM)

Im no help, but I can tell you I borrowed a hot pressure washer once from work and it worked significantly better than my gas powered cold pressure washer.

If you want it to work "4 times" faster than the cheap HD or Lowes ones, you need higher gallons per minute. That is much more important than PSI. If you can spend in the $1-2K range, get a belt-driven pump. Honda and preferably a General Pump. Cat pump would be second.

I don't need the highest pressure. But like you mentioned water volume. Spread across 2 heads it worked really good.

One of my current jobs the house paint is a few years old. But very dirty. So just needs a good wash. Along with the patios, driveway and garage slab. Cleaning it up to sell. But there is a lot of sq ft that needs to be washed.

Check Sherwin Williams. They used to have high quality, high gpm pumps.
Or theres most likely is a pressure washer supply near you. Or Hotsie pump distributor.

My equipment repair guy says Simpson currently has the best residential pressure washers. Bought mine at Tractor Supply Company.

That simpson 1 looks good that Pat posted. On another site is says can't ship to CA. But I will call the one he posted tomorrow and ask. I can have it shipped to Havasu if needed and grab from there.

I’m looking as well. At what point do you start running more and jam the hose can supply?

BE pressure washers. They are great machines. Best I have ever used! And they have a ton of attachments. The driveway washer is awesome. Some of them have adjustable pressure.

I assume being 4K psi it has to be gas powered. I had a Honda powered pressure washer that I think was around 3500 psi? Had a 100 ft steel braided hose and nice wand with a handful of tips. It was a great machine. But in the end it was just too much for what I mostly needed and did.

I bought an electric Karcher 2K pressure washer and I ended up using it almost all the time over the gas powered one. I ended up selling the Honda unit to a friend. I’ve had the Karcher for probably 5-6 years now and it still runs perfect and does everything I need. IMO the Honda 3500 psi was too much for most stuff and I had to stand back farther or use softer pressure tips to keep it from tearing stuff up. Plus the 100 ft hose was a pita! 50ft would be better.

Good quality stuff, great support. They can ship.
I have bought 6-7 from the over the years.
I have needed parts a couple of times and each time they sent them to me at no charge if it was warranty.
You can talk to people who know what they are selling and they will help with any problems on the phone whenever you call.

What ever get, I’ve always favored the Honda powered ones. I had luck with them!😎

I have a DeWalt 3500 commercial with Honda. Works great. I used for prep cleaning stamped colored concrete for gloss sealer. That's hard work for a pressure washer.
