Hey all, I have property in the North end of Bullhead, Can anyone recommend some good builders to look at? Im a more than a year out but better get on the ball a bit. The misses and I have some rough drawings of what were looking for. 3 bed, 2.5 baths with a game room. Two 2 car garage with an RV garage as well. Lot is a little over 16k sf
Appreciate and suggestions.

I was looking into it a couple years ago and the prices were way to high. Ended up buying a well kept place up off Mccormick (Vineyards).

That looks like the lot right behind us. Is that on unicorn? We are on south ridge. Maybe a little further down but I’m not sure. We were trying to buy the lot behind us but it went off the market and was priced a little high imo. Actually looks like the lot behind us went pending on the 8th

I can tell you who not to use, BRESSMAN construction.

Maybe try Maas construction, fort Mohave
Curious to ask why? He was getting alot of references a couple years ago. To much going on?

No attention to detail. Crappy work done by the subs. No communication. The attitude is horrible when you try to bring up something. Throws out words like “I have 30 years of experience.”

My neighbor had to file a complaint against him due to shitty work. The son he has working for him has an even worse attitude.

I also heard some less than positive feedback from other home owners. And yes, his prices very very expensive.

Sorry for the late response, yes my lot is on Unicorn. My lot is one of the last three that have not been developed yet. We are hoping to start construction in the Fall . Its all looking a bit larger than I originally thought though........ hahahahah

Im not sure just yet but I believe (hope) i can get it built for 600-650k not counting the price of the dirt. Should know more this month. Sorry for the late reply all.

Sorry for the late response, yes my lot is on Unicorn. My lot is one of the last three that have not been developed yet. We are hoping to start construction in the Fall . Its all looking a bit larger than I originally thought though........ hahahahah

I purchased my lot a couple years ago.

Nice well welcome to the neighborhood! I honestly think you are literally right behind us.
Im usually in town about 6 times a year, will be in town this weekend for a few days. A very good friend has a place just on the other side of McCormick. If you hear my RZR on top of my dirt come on by for a beer, we normally stop by the lot a couple times per trip.

We have decided on the builder but now have to do a bit of re-drawing. We will detach the RV garage and leave it then turn the house 90deg. Things just didn’t lay out right as drawn. We are still shooting for a fall start date and completion in summer of 2025

Check out the home on Merlot Ct (Sunridge) they're building. They're progress has been quick. There's a sign outside naming the builders.

Whats the approx. Price per sq foot with the builder you're going with?

Not completely sure on the cost until more detailed drawings are done. Kitchens alone can vary greatly. Under roof (garage, home and back patio is right at 6000 sf and im thinking about 650k not counting rear landscape. We have decided to go with "A Better Builder" , they have built several homes in the area.

Well i went a different direction and bought a placce on the other side of 68 just a couple miles uo the road. I decided i wanted more land for thge future. My lot in Pegisis Ranch is for sale.

Those are some sweet homes in Pegasus Ranch. I bought off of Mccormick, and sold my lot too. To much to build a couple years ago.
