I have a friend up in NorCal that has one. He rents it to B&B's and Hotels. Built it himself, not from a kit I believe.

They all tell him he's not charging enough.

Line set cover is a few inches short. Forgot to account for the turn. Will sort that out in 2 weeks

Installed this through the wall and up. Had to cut and flare the copper lines, made a nice 90 degree turn to each. It cools the 20x30 garage to 75 if set. Overall it was a few hours install.

Wasn’t as busy as i thought it would be. We grabbed the first spot we could tie off on. Figured it would be the only one. Plenty of spots. Grabbed a spot for 11 at the inner harbor bar. All good

You got there at the right time. An hour before the restaurant stopped serving food and said it would be an hour wait. So everyone went to the outer harbor. The burgers and hotdogs for the kids were pretty good. Topped the kids off with virgin Big Sticks and we were good

Spent a shitload of weekends in Marina Coves launching on that ramp. Used to wonder what they’d do on that land. Developer had a great vision. Love the beach access/dock option. Tough area to beat for boating. Topock / Oatman is a quick SXS ride from there. Trails are endless.

For a few years, I used to "couch surf" at my buddy's place, directly across from that irrigation pump. For years, his house sat alone, the developer lost funding or something. For the past ten years or so, whenever I'm on the water, I'll see if his blinds are open, and run up and say hello. Really a neat guy, when I was 19, he helped me tremendously with VW motors for my rail, and bought my first two water toys from him too...still have one of them (mildly modded X2)

For me, that stretch of river is the place I'd want to be!

That reminds me of he Mongolian BBQ place I used to go to. it was a place where you filled your bowl with as much as you can fit it - crammed down tight! Then give them the bowl and they cook it on one of those cook tops and serve it back to you in the bowl.

Loved that place.

No lake today either, crappy weather and too much to do around the house. Got my sons trailer out of the shop. We put it in sideways across the back wall with a skid steer while we built our house.

Thankfully I was able to hook up to it with my plow truck.

flew up to bozeman montana to watch my son play in his first college football game (red shirt last year). then drove into yellowstone for the day to explore a part of the park we hadn’t done yet. saw a wolf and two bald eagles. all in all a great weekend.

Attended a family wedding on Friday night down in Carlsbad, opened the bars before ceremony, always a plus, and we stayed the night at the resort. I have weeding rules from back in the day when we were on the wedding circuit stage of life. Celebrate or old time rock n roll comes on, we pull the Irish exit. At that point I’ve fulfilled all my duty’s as a superb wedding guest and there is nothing more for me to do there. We also do not attend second or third weddings, you get one from us LOL. Celebrate came on, I grabbed the kid and went to the room, wife rode the ship down like a champ (her family wedding) up at 5:30 am and hauled ass back to town for the kiddos cheer photos so since we were no longer at a nice resort for the weekend I went to work, all ready for painters on Tuesday, can’t wait to stick a fork in this project that has consumed my summer and move on to the next phase of operation “next phase”.

Dropped the paddle boards in at Bill Williams and did a little practice run with the Insta360 camera. Heading up to Lake Powell tomorrow to paddle into Antelope Canyon.
