When I get to go outside to play, these are the types of places and things I work with. I currently work on calculating evapotranspiration estimates from weather data. Fortunately, tend to deal with the stations as much as the numbers. When not in the field (think 15% of the time:mad:) I live in cubicle land in down town Sacramento.

This picture is in Davis.

i supervise the operation of the transportation of petroleum products thru high pressure underground pipelines. facilities range from el paso to phoenix, long beach to phoenix, richmond to concord to san jose, portland to eugene just to name a few. no pictures since everything is underground but just picture a big control center with a lot of computers. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Work for a general contractor, office shit, boss the techs around and try and stay busy. Going to school to get a degree to do something else, not sure yet, forensics and engineering seem interesting.

Typical tin knocker taken up all the attic space. How we supposed to fit our fire sprinkler pipes in there. :swear:D

We call them 90's and they will restrict the flow of water to the sprinkler. :D Flatten the duct out. :D

I didn't specify 90s or 45s so I just said elbows...why flatten it out when you fitters will just go around :skull :D

Like how my foreman put it, it costs us about $100 to offset around your pipes but your little PVC sprinkler pipes cost about $5 and about 15 mins. Whats more economical?

That and what a lot of people outside design dont know is that when you flatten out the duct you increase your static pressure. So..... we win! :D

Oh and by the way.... thats a house! The basement floor none the less!
