Actually, all around in front of the train.....but "santa" leaves his gifts by the fireplace. ;)

We don't put gifts until Christmas eve, after the kids are asleep.

The tree is a fake, an old one at that. I know we got it from Target, and it's AT LEAST 8 years old, maybe a couple more. According to the box, it was a $100 tree. We can't remember exactly when we got it though. It's old school, we have to shape and hang every branch. Its not hinged like the new ones.
