I have a Halo Bolt jump box that I got as a gift that has worked great for about 5 years until I tied to jump the water truck with it, now it won’t power up for jump starting, all the power ports work, it just won’t jump.
There are so many out there - I found a Wolfbox 4000a on Amazon for about $100. It’ll jump up to a 10L gas or diesel engine. Sounds impressive, but is it?

What are you guys using?

I’ve Got a NOCO happy with it. Maintain it, hit it on the charger.

Wife and daughter have the Noco units and they work well but my Viking (HF) has more power and a better selector switch.

I use the Antigravity for home and the larger Noco for jumping trash trucks.

I haven't had to jump start anything in 20 years. What are you guys doing to kill batteries?

Sitting in a parking lot with music on lol.

I use it also for dump trailer when I forget to plug in charger. It also came in hand to test that powerwheels car I got my daughter lol.

I was stranded last month, first time ever I had no solution. Only car I have w/o cables. Car started fine, drove to destination, parked for 1.5 hrs......click, click.
No warning at all. 🤷‍♂️
Got lucky and found a lone snowbird, car packed to the gills willing to help. The fact his car was so loaded with "stuff" made me optimistic about him having jumpers😂😊

Sometimes shit just happens and your battery is dead - or you forget to change your battery switch when chilling on the water listening to tunes, then when you’re ready to take off you get the slow crank, then click, click, click. I always bring my jump box with me when I’m on the water.

NOCO here. The reviews were very hit or miss but I just keep making sure its holding its charge.

I definitely expect to be using it on the boat.

I got a Walmart brand. Used it once. Works better than jumper cables.

Too many older vehicles that perhaps sit a bit longer than they should.

I’ve got the bigger Noco and it works well.

I got one from Harbor Freight for $79, also has a compressor, floodlight, USB port and 12v outlet, works great and comes in handy for camping and road trips!
