Much lighter and more durable so they are more water resistant and that’s why they sit higher on the water. Tell him he needs a heavier motor on the back to offset that. Like maybe twin 500’s.

These logs look pretty tall to me. My Bennington had 30" logs and these look even taller judging from the tire in the rear. It seems that many Toons have logs in the 25" range.
