I used Trader Joe's pizza dough, left over chicken, franks hot sauce, veggies what ever you like, mozzarella cheese and feta cheese. Put on the smoker at 450* for 30 minutes or until the dough turns lite brown and crisp.Looks good. How about a little info or recipe:thumbsup
Something just doesn't seem to add up? Traeger is a smoker, cooking is done best low and slow. Pizza ovens are usually hot as hell for a nice crispy crust, but hey who said you can't multi task with your cooker! How'd it turn out?

perfect, there is a backyard series there and well as Petes Firehouse is at the sunday farmers market and has classes at one of the winerys.
