I can make that for you but that is a lot of cutting time and burning up material and cutters for cup holders. I could look at some tubing and then figure a bottom and a weld on application if you are serious about it. I'm surprised you wouldn't want them moveable though?

Just use the ends of the tubing that are already capped off. That way you don't have to weld ends on. :skull

Kinda like a sausage. :)

Yesterday went well, out to the LBC first thing, then to two stops in Orange county, back to the shop in time to fire off a quote and haul ass home to meet up with some RDP peeps and bury a body friends for Taco Tuesday.

Get home from Taco Tuesday to check email, hoping for good news, and the client approved the quote.

It was a good day, and I didn't have to use an AK. :)

:hmm Custom and movable means takable! Lol! ...But!..As you can see on the other ones, there is a wing bolt securing them!...Now!...I haven't been airborne since yesterday, but still need them well secured. As far as movable!...As you can see in that third pic where they're mounted now, there really isn't to many options!...But on that note! A couple moveables would be needed also!...In case of boating guests of course! :)

This may be easier than I thought! :hmm

Starting with the holder!

Maybe shorten the big Tumbler 3-4 inches, (top down) re-weld the top, and put a drain hole with a grommet in the bottom.

You're over thinking it. Just make a ring of Aluminum slightly larger than the cup to allow for some rubber to be installed inside the ring and that ring connects to a mount that can be connected to various tubing with a swivel. Make one for the 20oz versions and 1 for the 30. Basically the same principal as the handles there but out of Aluminum instead.

If whoever markets these all I ask is for 1 of each for round tubing. Lol

Close. You are certainly welcome by I can even swing over if you have something for me to look at.

I manufacture all sorts of proprietary parts.

I have two HAAS VF4 mills with a fourth axis. A Mori AL-20 lathe and a HAAS SL30 lathe I am planning on buying a bar feeder for this year.

So I have big milling and pretty big turning capability.

Our HAAS 300's have been trouble free compared to the others. Solid design imo.

With all the new adhesives I would think welding something with load needs measured in ounces would be overkill. Sorry for helping the thread jack lol.

I also dabble in emergency and non emergency tree felling, cut to fireplace length and wood splitting, as well as 3yardbucketbackyardexcavation with bonus backhoe and bobcat experience, and I also seem to have some unfortunate experience in New Year's Eve water heater replacement, soffit rebuild and furnace Repair. Fish tank setup and maintenance. In my free time ;)

I do it all.

Brian

I'd like to take the time to add to my resume, amateur afterhugestormnon-rainydaytileroofreplacementexpert, at grandma's house.

Have ladder, will travel.

That is all.
