Does anybody have pics?

Another question, is anybody familiar with the docks near the turtle? Are they in good condition? Any to avoid? LMK

We had drinks and dinner at the new Turtle a few weeks ago and was super impressed. Way better now.

The docks are in good condition. Problem with them is the wind whips across and it gets ROUGH at those docks!! Other than that. The docks are very nice.
Agreed^^^
Those docks are good for stopping by for food/drink. If you’re staying overnight a cove spot or pulling off the water are the best bets. That area get hammered when storms roll through. If you need a dock spot I’d go Heat, London Bridge or Havasu Marina.

Thanks everyone!! The Nautical is nostalgic for me. We have a house in the foothills but I like the idea of parking the boat in the dock overnight.

Agree, the winds can pick up through Thompson bay. I’ll just look for a calm night.

I can't think of anything they could do to make them better but I personally know at least 5 people who have had to do major gel repair and heard of and seen video of numerous sinkings occurring at those docks. I could not sleep with my boat at those docks. Zero protection from winds or storms.

That being said..... great docks for lunch or dinner if you can see your boat and pay attention to weather.

I’m confused as to why people are saying “great docks”

Every boat I’ve seen is bouncing around wildly on a normal day.

I would like to swing by but I’ll do it by land.
