I’m a big fan of regular pickled eggs.
Kept seeing Quail Eggs at Costco

Finally said f-it & bought a box.

Looked at a few recipes online then added & deleted a few ingredients…..

2-weeks in the fridge and I’ll give them a run and report back

Yeah, I guess it depends on the recipe.
I've made standard pickled eggs before and they were great . . . but I'm kinda 2nd guessing this recipe now.
Of course I found a recipe 'after' I did these from a 'good 'ol boy' on Youtube . . . so I may go buy another box and get another batch going in case these suck.

I've had quail eggs. They tasted no different from chicken eggs.

Yeah so? So go with the recipe you like! 👍🏼

My dad used to pickle eggs in this. He would get the jar of juice from our local country store when they sold all the sausages. It was actually really good!
