My dad and I built the same truck, only a small window. Started with a 400ci Chevy small block punched to a 406 with a turbo 400 and a Camaro front end. Then my mom won a 454 Motor from JEGS at the NHRA nationals in Indy which my dad then sold and bought one of the first 502's that was made and proceeded to top it with a dyers 671 blower and dual quad set up, built the turbo 400 more and put it to a Dana 60, also put a Morrison front end on it with rack and pinion etc. This was all in '96-'02 then my dad had a very close call behind the wheel which I was in the truck for and my mom said no mas. Here is a couple pics. This thing was famous in my home town as my dad was not scared to show it off with the left front off the ground from stoplights!

They are a super fun easy build. enjoy.

Nice truck! I'd recommend @bonesfab , he is in Camarillo CA and does great work.

Thank you for the tags. What are you looking to get done to it?? Good looking truck.
I would like to get the rear deck in the bed to raise with actuators, add power windows, and adjust the passenger door, install some new Eddie performance hood hinges and I’m sure a few more items. If easier shoot me a text 702-218-7536 Randy

@702sandman that truck is beautiful, I really wouldn't know of a shop here in the Valley that I can think of or recommend. If it was me I'd definitely be talking to @bonesfab for sure as he's already responded to this thread already.

Investigate, investigate no matter where you take it, get referrals if possible and go take a look at the work they have done also. Ive made that mistake and have to live with it so do your homework 🤙
