Pentair Commercial Pool Heat Pump

I have a never used Pentair Ultratemp Pool Heat Pump 140 BTUs. Google Pentair 460928 for all the info. It was ordered for a client for his residential pool but it’s needs 3 phase power so it wouldn’t work. It is for a commercial application. Price new was about $6500 and most are currently sold out. Anyone in the pool industry looking for one of these? Willing to take offers as it is just taking up space but I think half price if reasonable. There are no issues with it and it is like new.
