My history is a little hazy but wasn’t Mike Pence the handpicked “best and brightest” Vice President for Donald Trump?

To be fair, the decline of the US is of no concern to 530 either 😂
At least I want to keep a Country.

You advocate for the installation of a defeated candidate, the only way in which to accomplish is tearing up the Constitution, suspending the rule of law and ending this grand experiment. Your repeated position would not just end up in decline, but in the termination of the US.

You are right, I do not. I don’t like Biden as President but it is what happened.

So, explain to me how one goes about installing Trump as whatever one wants to call it and not tear up the constitution ending our Republic?

I don’t understand how one does that?

And if one does it for Trump, how it is not then legitimate for any group to do the same for the person they want in charge?

Well they did pretty much what you just said for Biden and you don't seem upset about it?

You yourself even admitted that there was issues with the votes but because you felt it wasn't enough to sway the election and that the courts ruled it false then it's ok. Election integrity is an issue without a doubt, plenty of evidence out there and tons posted here actually showing it. Sadly unless people get involved from the other side to monitor and protect it in the future then we will have the same outcomes.

Lastly, no one wants to "install" Trump tomorrow, people will still vote and just want to make sure their vote actually counts is all.

WTF?

Who is they?

You mean our system of government and Constitution where disputes were heard and found to lack merit in over 80 courts all the way to the highest court stacked with Trump appointees who agreed that the election was consistent with the rule of law?

What do you mean they ignored the rule of law and “installed” Biden? Who is this they you speak of?

I get it if people want to end the Republic and install Trump dictator. I understand they would prefer that over our system. But have the courage to admit that you believe what the founding fathers did failed.

Because I don’t like Biden president, but I believe it is a lot better than Racey’s view to end our Country and just allow everyone and every group to do as they please devoid of the rule of law.

Yes our corrupt system is who I am talking about. It doesn't matter if you want to admit to it or even believe it that's your right to do so. I on the other hand have seen plenty to make me believe that our system is broken and many share that view.

Again, who wants to "install" Trump that you keep talking about? I don't want to end the Republic like you say I want to preserve it because I feel it's broken.

You may not like Biden but you sure as hell defend him and you do it indirectly which is why you get so much backlash in here daily.

I think you don't understand some peoples opinions at times and go to the extreme with your responses. People aren't just upset because their "guy" lost, people are upset because we've seen a system that was put in place by our founding fathers systematically crumble from the top down. You are of the view that court system is 100% solid and not corrupt I respectfully don't share that view. I am guessing you feel the voting system is rock solid to, I don't. You might feel our justice system runs a tight ship I on the other hand see a two tier system coming to fruition where not everyone is treated the same.

In the end it is what it is, the day after the election i wasn't mad I was bummed out to be honest. Nothing changed for me in regards to my daily routine, I still got up went to work and went about my day. I started making plans and personal changes to accommodate what was to come and I wasn't to far off to be honest.

The system is no different than it has ever been and due to technology probably actually more transparent and even keeled than any time in our history. It is certainly not perfect, but then again show me a better system.

Sometimes our side wins and sometimes it loses. Even my side, conservatives, are losing to the other side, MAGA. When the D’s lost to Bush II, was that just an installation by a corrupt system? Of course not. It was the result of our process.

The D’s didn’t put forth theories of Hugo Chavez programming from the grave, ballots from Hong Kong, machines that count wrong even after hand verified and other nonsense that is just silly. Let alone do I promote as others have done in here a civil war or the hanging of Mike Pence, or the hanging of anyone who dared go against their guy just because they lost. Suck it up and run a better candidate. It wasn’t cheating that made him lose, it was a guy who couldn’t get I votes.

I’ve never defended Biden or his policies, quite the opposite, I have defended the Constitution and the rule of law when they argue to scrap it. And the reason people project that as a defense of Biden is because otherwise they would have to admit that their guy lost. And have to take responsibility for putting the three time loser forward as opposed to recognizing he isn’t going to lead them to their utopian promised land.

The arguments that it is a biased and unfair justice system, and as a result the prosecutions of criminals on J6 is unfair, is the exact argument that liberals make to reduce bail and mandatory sentencing for criminals. If one really thinks the system should be improved, they would argue to prosecute more than the 15,000 BLM, Antifa and others already arrested from the summer riots. They would not argue to let more criminals go as they repeatedly do so for that is an argument in support of being soft on crime. They would not argue to defund the only police force that enforces federal law as they do, they would argue to fund it more so that it can enforce the federal law more vigorously. It is however enjoyable to watch many in here constantly support criminal acts on J6 while bemoaning other criminal acts all the while they can not grasp the irony.

In any event, I am not ashamed of my Country or its system of government and disagree with those in here who are willing to throw it all away and/or repeatedly call for the killing of their political opponents as many in here have repeatedly done.

Transparent you say, well I start scratching my head when people can't click on their chosen cadidate in multiple areas all around the nation. I also get concerned when voting windows are boarded up so people can't watch them count. I get even more concerned when there is so much evidence of ballot harvesting they were able to make a film about it. If that's your view on transparency well.... let's just say we disagree.

Totally agree, and that's why my last post last paragraph was just that.

I said you defend him indirectly, example, someone states something about Biden you usually defend him by pointing out what the previous administration did. Again, the rule of law which you bring up seems to be fractured if not broken. The rule of law applies differently if at all in some cases depending on who it is. Example, the Hunter charges that were just a slap on the wrist where as if it was Trumps kid he would most likely be in prison. I believe over 70% of people from both sides polled it that way actually. Jan 6 topic has been discussed greatly in here so I'll just leave it at that. I will say however Tucker getting the footage and spending a few hours on air breaking down the events sure changed a lot of peoples minds that had the same stance as you so that tells me something.

I love my country also and think it's the greatest county in the world without a doubt. That doesn't mean it doesn't have it's issues or that it's system doesn't have it's own problems. You might be ok with a lot of things that are happening that others in here won't be ok with and that could possibly be because the current situation or state of the country serves you just fine where it doesn't for others but that's just how it is.

I find it peculiar when I point out how the Trump administration engaged in many policies and outcomes similar to the Biden administration, you view that as an indirect defense of the Biden Administration. It is the exact opposite. Pointing out that the Trump administration did the same things for which many indict the Biden administration is not support for the Biden administration, but an indictment of both Biden and Trump.

In any event, I failed to convey the greatest distinction.

I advocate to always particpate in the system in any way people can. Give money, run for office, volunteer, do positive and productive things to constantly improve the system.

The vast majority in here advocate for civil war, the murder of their political enemies, advocating for the non-prosecution of those who assault law enforcement, advocating for the hanging of a Vice President and the unwillingness to either accept the system as it is or work for positive and productive change. In essence their view is that if they can’t have their way, they are going to blow it up.

Sometimes change takes work, and god knows many in the generations behind Taboma and I are certainly afraid of work. But whining, now that is easy.

I think when it comes to the topic of spending yes that is what you do. There aren't a whole lot of policies that the two administrations share to my knowledge but I've been wrong before. Anyhow, it's just my opinion that's it.

You are correct, yes people can get more involved if they have the means to though also.

The vast majority in here don't advocate for civil war, yes a couple of people have said some of the things you claim but as a whole I don't agree with that. I think most people in here myself included fear the possibilities of something happening in the future. It's a scary thought to be honest and really I think that's what the left really wants. I think though as time goes on and more issues show up to the front door of people that for the most part bury their heads in the sand it will entice negative reactions without a doubt.

Change does take work without a doubt but change and repairing things aren't always the same. I also agree that future generations are in for one heck of a ride if we continue in the path we are on as a nation.

Back to Pence though, honestly what did he expect really. He could have sent the votes back for a recount and chances are it probably wouldn't have changed the outcome just based on the things we have discussed. What it could have done though is garnished him a ton of support right now to the Trump base. He might even made some back door deals for future support of his presidential run that is blowing up in his face. Just a theory though, lol.

Couple points.

There is no provision in law or the Constitution for Pence to send votes back to the states. It would have been illegal to do so. Arguing to have him send it back is the exact corruption I thought people were trying to stop?

You don’t need any means to get involved. Working a phone bank is free. Knocking on doors is free. Volunteering to pick up ballots (ballot harvesting) in states where it is legal requires no means.

Lastly, this whole thread is pretty funny as Pence was never hit by a water balloon. But some were pretty excited and approving of such behavior.

Wah. "Constitution." !°°! Rule of law." 😠 😡

"No Standing!" Said a Man in black robes.

Please. Men, and Women in black robes make illegal rulings every day.

"They," love it when. "What the Man in the black robes believes," is convenient for, "They/Them."

But just ignore the SC when it suits they/them/their purpose.

If that isn't clear enough, then there's the "They" '"They're."

12th Amendment grants the “President of the Senate” (then Vice President Mike Pence) sole authority to certify electoral votes.
what if he doesn’t? What measure was put in place by congress afterword to make sure a VP was forced to certify? Why?

and everyone knows the water balloon did not hit Pence, but so many democrats were enjoying the video along with Trump supporters, it made for a good bipartisan opening to the thread.

The 12th amendment already addresses the measures put in place to make sure a VP does exactly as Pence did as it states he “shall”.

“the President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;–The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President,”

That pesky constitution is always getting in the way of a good overthrow of our a republic and the Constitution.

Pence did exactly as required when he took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States.

Do you think I'm a nutcase? a conspiracy nut? I ask this because I saw with my own eyes, what I believe to be an election being stolen. (22' midterms)

I vote at a LDS church in NW Peoria. It is a VERY VERY red percent. I showed up at around 5:50 AM. I was ~30th in line. As they allow us in and began the process, I started to hear a commotion from the front of the line. As I got closer, what was happening was that the tabulators we not accepting ballots. People were getting irritated and the volunteers were scrambling.

As people were leaving around me, they were pissed and making comments about "Here we go again". I got to the front and walked over to the identifying screen, I put my voter ID card in front of it and was directed to wait for my ballot to be printed. There were three printers.

I am now understanding what was happening. Only ballots from one printer were being accepted by the tabulators. They were being told "You'll need to spoil your ballot and come back later or wait in line again, or put your ballot in the provisional box". I asked if my ballot was from a good printer. It was and my ballot went through fine.

Point being, you know dang well who was in charge of that election. You simply cannot in all honesty tell me that it doesn't stink. We both know the precincts that had the most trouble were the heavily red, outlying precincts like mine.

When Hobbs is in charge of the election, that she is in, for anyone to NOT suspect fuckery occurred would be naive.

There were may anecdotal situation exactly as mine. Why were the printers not checked? Why were the tabulators not checked? Why did it seem it was in red precincts?

Anyone being the least bit intellectually curious would have these same questions. If we allow even the perception of corruption to stay, even if the HONEST investigation bear no fruit, they need to happen. If Americns have little to no faith that our elections aren't honest and fair, we don't have Constitutional republic anymore. You mock us because we think our elections are being swayed. You being a Conservative who has deep deference to the constitution, I'd think you would fight for BOTH sides to maintain even the appearance of unfair outcomes.

It's easy to just put folks that have questions in the "right wing nutcase basket"

Hobbs didn’t “run” the election at your precinct, The County Election Director did!

The County Election Director:

“The County Election Director is responsible for the conduct of elections on Election Day and ballot tabulation. The Election Director oversees the securing of polling places, hires and trains poll workers, conducts logic and accuracy testing on the equipment and tabulates the votes.”

Now why would a R controlled Board of Supervisors with a Republican County Election Director engage in a master scheme to steal an election from Republicans? And how did they hide this “stolen election” that you saw with your own eyes? If Hobbs people had really done as you allege, where was the push back from the R Board of Supervisors? Are they all in on the conspiracy?

Fact is, such allegations were investigated, been repeatedly litigated by both Lake and the AG candidate and yet repeatedly your claims of a “stolen election” in 22 can not be shown to be true? If it is so easy to see it with ones own eyes, why can’t any judge see it?

Any chance they are just typical incompetent government workers who ended up with screw ups in your precincts? Or they are so ingenious they work for state wages to pull of one of the greatest heists of all time, an election for governor of a state in which the governor has virtually no power under the state constitution?

Consider trying Arizona’s mail in voting system like the 88% of the rest of Arizona voters. Safe, secure and easy. 👍

Hobbs was in fact the "buck stops here" SoS and was ultimately responsible. You don't see the perception of conflict of interest?

The simple answer about the "R" controlled board, there are three factions in America right now; Solid D, Old School R's (never Trumpers) and then the rest of the electorate. The R's are perfectly fine with a D winning as long as Trump or Trump backed candidates don't win. Just because recent America has only two legit political parties, doesn't mean it will always be just two. I see a third, more pragmatic party emerging.

This party will be comprised of working class D's, the labor unions, Independents and the a large portion of the right.

Our country is changing politically. "We the People" have figured out Washington. It is a beast. This beast has a right side and a left side, but make no mistake, it is a beast. It takes care of itself. It is now reacting as any beast backed into a corner would, it's fighting "We the People" for survival. It's trying to paint guys like me, as a domestic "far right MAGA". It's trying to make parents who attend school board meetings as domestic terrorist, it has weaponized America's agencies against anyone with a divergent position.

Sounds like you believe there was an organized and well thought out plan amongst tens of thousands of county elections directors, Boards of supervisors, poll workers, ballot tabulators, software engineers, software programmers, contractors, CPA’s, Lawyers and a sundry host of government workers, private workers, election observers and judges to steal the 22 election and all of them have kept it quiet and will take such scheme with them to the grave.

Fair enough.

Sounds like you have answered your own question posed in post 34. 👍

So, in two posts, you've gone to "He's a conspiracy nutjob". You completely validated my post stating that if anyone even questions what's going on, we're tossed away as election deniers.

Steve,

You are not just questioning the election or certain processes or events, you have emphatically stated that you saw with your own two eyes the election being stolen. Period done. Stolen. You saw it yourself. First paragraph post 34.

I tried to lay out the sheer complexity of “stealing an election” as you say you witnessed.

I pointed out how hard that is, the coordination it would take, the secrecy it would take, the thousands if not tens of thousands of people it would take, the checks and balances, the court process, and on and on. The organized crime and corruption amongst both the judicial and executive branches of government with the knowledge if caught they would go to jail for decades. The requirement that not only trial judges but appellate judges all the way up the chain are part of this scheme. Seems a pretty tough hill to climb?

I pointed out that it was possible that what you saw was incompetence, not the stealing of an election.

And you dismissed those and still insist and I quote that you saw it stolen “with your own eyes”.

I’m not saying you are a nut job nor am I saying that any time you have a complicated process that shit is not going to happen.

But going from that which I fully admit happens, to the absolute affirmative conclusion that it was stolen and you saw it “with your own eyes” is a bit of a stretch for me.

People just aren’t that competent.

But I do understand that you will pass a lie detector test and absolutely believe you saw the election stolen right in front of you. It doesn’t make you a nut job, you just have a much higher opinion of government competence than I do. 🤷

The Electoral Count Act does allow for an objection to a state’s vote in writing if it is signed by a member of the House and a member of the Senate. If there is such a request, then the House and Senate meet in separate sessions to consider it. The objection is only sustained if both chambers agree to it by a simple majority vote. Otherwise, the original electoral votes are counted.

Legislators are indeed in talks to update that law. NOW why would they be doing that if Judas was asked to send some of the electoral votes back to the states?!!!!!!!!

They didn't ask him to change the votes you sorry ass lying RINO faggot. 🤣

This is exactly what I observed at my precinct. How can anyone, in charge of a major election be so utterly incompetent. Yet Hobbs was in charge and ultimately elected Governor. Anyone with a small amount of intelligence would test this stuff before they went live.

He's been deflecting and dodging his entire life, he's good at it. It's the reason I like to bring a sledgehammer when dealing with the lying corrupt POF.

We know why.

Turdman Jones' job is to deflect and it works on the mentally challenged.

Same scenario here, it's HIS team.

Problem is he sounds either drunk or high, so anything you type does not register. My understanding is he got past 4th grade so being as obtuse he as comes across confuses me, at least.
Or he's at trolling level 99.

Hobbs was not in charge of your precinct. The County Elections Director was. If you would have mailed in your ballot like the other 88% you would have had no problem.

But let’s put that aside.

Maybe alleging fraud, whether true or not, is a strategy to fool the electorate when one loses?

"Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he illegally stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong any why he got more votes than anticipated. Bad!"

“Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified.”

Some might even believe it.
