It will have to get uncivil first.. That won't happen. Half are happy and the other half have too much to lose.

I don't think what we have works great, I'm not a fan of the duopoly.

In California, they have term limits. Without a long-winded response, let me put it as straightforward as possible. The chief of staff becomes an extremely important person. They get handed from one elected official to the next. They don't have the same oversight, and they become an unelected policy maker. When I worked in that field, I was less interested in the elected person than the Chief of staff. Freshmen take time to build effective relationships but put a bunch of staff leadership in a room, and you can effect change.

I think that is a major problem and a bi-product people might not consider when calling for term limits.

Biden's chief of staff is running the country right now.

But since we are on the subject, what has Ken Calvert done? Congressional district 42 currently running for District 41. (Been redrawn several times) Riverside County Republican first elected in 1992.

Gotcha, wasn't thinking the state. But they all do what pelosi and Maxine tell them to do so might as well not be a term limit

Here we go again. Mr. Pelosi with his conveniently in the money call options expiring just ahead of a key congressional vote. Crooks.

Yet, you work for a financial institution and the Fed wants most employees and their damn spouses (even roommates if that’s your living arrangement) to have every stock trade or money investment cleared/approved against a conflict of interest listing. Bunch of bull. Congressional leaders are scum. Rules for the everyone, but they follow none of them. Insider trading laws exist for private sector, but politicians get a pass when they actually are the ones making the laws. Funny how that works.
