We all have "suspected" she has been on something, as she has complained about constant pain in the past. She has publicly lied about her dependancy or addition to pain killers.

Question: Why is allowed to be at her workplace, on the job while under the influence of prescription or non-prescribed drugs? Any company I have worked for would have escorted any person suspected of being under the influence to a medical facility for a company paid drug test to screen the person for drug usage and abuse while being in a condition rendering the person unable to function normally and safely perform their job duties and responsibilities in a professional manner. If found to be under the influence on the job, immediate termination from the job position would result.

This isnt entirely accurate. What if you took a painkiller the night before to sleep? Then that would show up the next day on a test. If it is prescrbed then what do they do? Although it might still be in your system, you arent fully under the influence.
