I do believe Ron Hill does this as well. Or maybe its just for people he knows?

Chad Hill has allowed me to take several props and bring them back after I tried them with no dollars down, just simple information

Update,
I called and got a hold of Paul Owens on a different call from number a week ago. I was surprised he answered and definitely surprised him and asked him to please send BBLADES property back. He said he would send the props back. Nope didn't happen.
Today I called the local police and gave the girl I talked to the scenario. A deputy is supposed to call me back to create a case.
I'd prefer to just go visit Paul as I have his address and get the props back. That option doesn't play into a best case business scenario.
I'll see what the officials say and go from there.

Thank you to the RDP community for your input and thoughts and ideas. You guys are awesome and we really appreciate your support.
Indeed, there will be changes in what had been a great program in the next calendar year.

When 1 person ruins it for everyone else! Loved my BBlades prop. It was hard to sell, but needed a new prop when upgrades occurred. Now those upgrades have been removed and I am back to stock.

I've been trying to buy a Bblades prop since June 2018. Multiple calls, voicemails, emails, with no response. Maybe Bblades should stop the rental program.

Frankly I gave up and going with Hill and Merc solutions

I know for a fact that Brett has been absolutely slammed. I drive past his shop at least twice a week.

Please be patient. How many custom prop shops are out there vs customers?

I had a prop labbed by them a few months ago. About 4-5 week turnaround. It’s still the best go fast prop I have. I’m a happy customer. The detail work is awesome.

RCDAVE, I apologize for the delay. I lost 2 people in the office in early June and have been doing my best to keep up. I take your comments very seriously and understand your frustration. I've been frustrated as well. We are starting to catch up but I am still behind on calls, emails and projects. There are only so many hours.
Stopping the test program is being considered. Changing it is happening. I've had this program in place for 14 years and it has served 100's of people. But, choices and hard decisions have to be made.
RCDave, I would love the opportunity to still help you. If you talked to one of the girls in the last 3 months you did or will get a call back. Every day I try to get as many done as I can. I call everybody. If you called in June, you should have received a call quite some time ago. If I get a answering machine I leave a message as to how to get through to me. I don't keep calling because I can't. Some people have full in boxes and some don't even have their mailbox set up (hard to believe in today's world). These are the folks who typically complain that I didn't call back.
Agreed, occasionally, we drop the ball. But, that is rare and it really pisses me off when it happens. Our goal has always been customer service is number "1". Of course quality performance products is right up there too. These are qualities instilled in me from my Father and my mentor from Mercury Racing Dennis Cavanaugh.
Thank you to folks who commented on our service and products. We will continue to work hard to serve our customers. We aren't going anywhere, except to the shop every morning.

Thanks for taking the time to reply! I can understand how being short staffed causes things to back up. I just really wanted a Blaster and didn't want to settle for a used prop on the open market. I will contact you in the fall when it slows down. This way I have a new prop to run next season.

Know whats gonna happen here.

RD starting this thread himself so he won't get blamed and a complaint from the intended target about it.

RD DIDN"T start the other thread BUT he did get blamed and a complaint from the intended target about it.

Nice work Enen. Still some stand up guys in this world.

Good boating karma coming your way for sure!!

Not at all. Went in expecting him to puff up and get lippy. Didn’t happen. He was loading up a UHaul. Stopped and handed me the props. The whole exchange took less than a minute.

Glad it went smooth.

If Enen came knocking on my door asking for props I’d say “what pitch do ya want?” Lol

I would poke him in his eye and run. [emoji23][emoji23]

problem here is... it's not stolen property, they gave him the props... contract dispute, gotta take him to court... I would just take my hicky and move on..when stuff like this happens you get experience , experience is what you get when you don't get what you want...and further... better hope this guy don't have money, he could drag everyone here into a class action slander suit.... could end up owning BB props and a fat stack of cash...
It's called embezlement anywhere that I know of Steve. That is a felony in Cali depending on the value of the props. Not sure how that plays out in AZ, but I'm pretty sure they have a similar statute.

Its the same in AZ however the items are back in the owners hands, which is much better then the long and often fruitless legal battle through the CRIMINAL justice system.

Actually the props are not in my hands yet. I have forwarded my UPS account number and am awaiting the props to return and see the actual damage. I can then officially thank Enen and all involved for the help.

They were dropped off at a UPS Store last week. You should have them shortly. [emoji6]

Enen - props to you for taking care of business!!! GOOD boat karma for sure is going to come your way.

I was figuratively speaking as in the owners hands. If CRIMINAL justice system was involved they would be in custody as evidence for an undetermined amount of time - lots of things go into play before an item of evidence can be released or disposed of.

We received the propellers from Enen last week! That Paul Owens made sure to bust the props up pretty good. Fortunately, I know some one who can fix them. We are very happy and thankful of the service Enen provided us. Enen retrieved BBLADES property out of shear kindness. He did this without any type of fee or requirement in return. How cool is that when some one 1750 miles away offers to help retrieve your stolen property? BBLADES and me personally want to thank Enen for his service. We greatly appreciate what you did.
Also, BBLADES would like to thank River Dave's community and Dave himself for the incredible community you guys have created here. BBLADES has not been a active member on this web site but we would like to correct that by becoming a paying sponsor and offering as much propping information and support we can.
Enen, there is a little thank you box from Wisconsin headed your way. You should see it this week. Give us a call when it arrives and I can explain some of the items origins.

Brett and the BBLADES crew.

My bblades 32 has been running strong now for 13 years, I have tried different props, but always go back to mr. Dependable. It’s a little big for the hp I have now, but it’s the only one that doesn’t make the assend feel skiddish in a turn.
