You know... considering jet pumps have federal prison levels of gayness, No other drive is as durable. Well... maybe Arneson but the fags around here don't know what that is.

Look at it this way. If you don't run em hard, they never break :D

Kinda like those panzy girly cheebie trucks ;)

I have been pushing a measly 350 hp through that thing for years. It was going to happen. I am going to stick another back on there because I don't want to change the gimbal housing.

The reason Jet Drive was named as such is because "Water Squirter" sounds even more gay.

Sounds like the exaust work OC did unleashed so much hidden power in that small block it was too much for the drive to handle.

We know where there's a JET version of your boat for sale:D

This is all you guys got? I like the slippers deal. Crafty.

I had the engine cover up but my engine is so small I though thats why I was not getting any second looks.

Should I keep helping? You guys need to step it up if were looking to go multiple pages.

Tens of thousands of them :skull :D

I am leaving you out of this. I don't want to re-injure any old wounds. :D

I think I might be clear of this deal for around $1,500 and that's a NEW upper case. I do the work.

Its the entitlement generation. You want proof just give a roll bar boat with a younger crew a wave and enjoy the wave back. LOL.

What do you think River? Hows he doing?

I feel a bit like Brown getting kicked in the nuts.

Veteran...not an expert. :D 44 years I get the veteran title. This weekend stripped the expert sub title.

But yes you are sure right.

I considered PM-ing you some death threats but the Jet and the Ford is bad enough. I do have some compassion you know. :D:D:champagne:

LMAO. Nice Barry and point taken. :D

MBrown2 said to drop the vet deal so my boat won't break so I am running with that. :D

Laughlin - I have no river talent. I smacked the drive hard last October and just maybe my failure now has something to do with that.

I just paid to have the skeg all welded and re-shaped. Watch, I have to toss the lower unit now, LOL.

Boats.

Wow...sorry to hear the news...

You breaking north of river lodge is the worse place to break....current is moving fast and if you don't hit the rocks north of RL, you float eventually into the rock bar...

Good that someone came along...but they could have made sure your shit was secure somewhere...

I broke down there about a month ago. I had a rope in hand Ski flag in the air and someone had my paddle waving it. Not one freaking person came to help. i got alot of people flying by waving but no help, until some guy in a conquest showed up and helped us out at the last minute. Sucks when you're broke down and no one wants to help.

So, if I read this right. In one thread two guys have problems on the Parker Strip, both have their engine hatches open and no one stops to help?

I remember a few years back, maybe six or so I was in Parker, my first and only trip so far. I had a Parker legend on my boat at 2am, we floated to nearly the buoys by the Casino, decided to head back to the house we were renting, I have never boated at night like this because we don't do that on the lower river, I am the lead boat and have my eyes wide open watching directly ahead of me so I don't hit something, all of the sudden from the backseat the "legend" yells at me, BMac, not sure how ya'll do it on the lower river but here on "the Parker Strip" we help people with their hatches open. Guess that statement isn't always true???

BTW, I never saw the guy who was floating near shore on the California side near a campground with no lights on his boat, if I had seen him I certainly would've stopped. I turned around and asked if he needed help, he said no his buddy was getting the jetski to pull him in.

I know, :blah: :blah: :blah: :blah: :blah:

That would have been dumbshit move number 6 apparently. Were all good there.

Fox's was holding it's own even late Sunday. Nice to see.
