I hear ya. But I don't think he planned on dieing and not finishing the project. I don't think it will sell for anywhere near asking. I think $150k a lot is a more realistic sales price. With street, sewer and power costs to next guy that tries to finish it.

The shitty part is, there isn't anything you can do with the land. There isn't any water access due to the cliffs along the river. All you'll have is a "Nice view" of what USED to be a beautiful section of the Colorado River. It's an absolute shame and that project should have never been approved to begin with.

I used to drive 250 miles from the land of Gracious living go boating in Parker. A couple more miles wouldn't kill me.
