Days on the river with just the two of you in a Flatty will be great memories.

For sure! We just did that in Needles a couple of weekends ago during the Billy B's boat deal.
Just cruised up a ways and floated for a while taking it all in! Just waiting for it to get a little warmer, that water was damn cold!

i was rooting for the dog ~ but I love me a flat bottom.

What no one has mentioned is that the Spring winds might be blowing and your time in the flat could be limited.

Either way cant go wrong but the flat is always a blast.Love the memories at Echo lodge,Camped there for years then bought my first river pad there in 1987.Sundance was going full bore and sittiing by the huge cliff face in the golf cart (by entrance road) you could listen to the bands pounding out tunes.

The day has come (finally) we are loaded up and ready to roll! I've got a couple hours of work and should be rolling around 3 o'clock.

Well the verdict is in, a good buddy of mine wants to go so we are taking the ski boat & the dog.

We will be staying at Echo Lodge and on the water 4/18-20 Thursday-Saturday.
Anyone else plan on being out there during this time?

I am leaving tomorrow at 5am.... Have 3 Canadian families coming down to stay at Echo with us. We will be out hydrofoiling for next 4 days.
