Kind of a tall order in this market, there are used boats bringing the same $$ as when they were new. He is pretty close to what a new Tahiti offshore 21 costs. They are basically the same as the ultra 21. If I recall, Todd has them priced at 48k for a new build with trailer. Todd is the guy to talk too, nice fella and goes by the name "Goodtimes" on RDP.

Probably because that's what they want. If there budget is $40K They probably dont want to spend another $5k on a stereo!
