It's kommifornia. The old guy is white. He most definitely will have some kind of charge against him. And the actual crook, moonbeam will apologize to him, give him a new gun and knife, then have him dropped off at another starfucks to rob.

Found another video where the Police Chief in Fresno commended the guy with the chair. No charges filed. You can google it if you like. Lol

Yeah, the residents here keep your economy going. Visit the rivers, lakes, buy the housing as vacation homes...

I saw this video about a year ago. You can probably google and find out what happened, as far as charges.

MY economy is and will do just fine without "your money" , PAL .

This little town has more going on than; gas stations, restaurants, hotels, campgrounds, supermarkets, and what you demand for your weekends . Quite a few have moved their small businesses out of your state and are doing well right here, also without your money .

California is about 5th or 6th after Canada, Idaho, Nebraska, Minnesota, Montana, Illinois ........

There are also a lot of people living here full time, from California . Most all of them "got disgusted with your state", and brought their own money here .

Keep grinning, because those who move here were tax payers in California, and now they are not . That will leave more space for more illegals to move in and YOU can pay for their needs ..........

Just an FYI for BobbyV and others that share his perspective...civil suit a possibility as of September.

Even if it doesn't go anywhere, the Good Samaritan still has to go through it and live in uncertainty until the final decision is rendered, along with paying for his own civil attorney. A perpetrator even being able to file a lawsuit under these kinds of situations shouldn't be allowed.

In Ca , the hero will be prosecuted, and the perp will be thanked for serving his time , probably no more than a week or so ...

Idiotic statement. In Sacramento a while back an armed robber was shot dead by a clerk at a Metro PCS store. No charges were ever even considered. Geez people get a brain

Sacramento Sheriff's Deputies said that an employee saw Hunter enter the Metro PCS on the 8900 block of Folsom Boulevard with a handgun.
The suspected robber moved toward the back office of the store where a second male employee shot and killed him.

A Sacramento cell phone store owner said he was forced to fire when an armed intruder entered the business, and surveillance video supports that, a sheriff’s official said.

But investigators say that after reviewing the surveillance video of the shooting, it’s not hard to understand why the owner took out a gun, aimed and pulled the trigger.

“Any time somebody points a gun at you, it’s pretty easy to articulate that your life is in imminent danger,” Sacramento County sheriff’s Sgt. Jason Ramos said Monday.

He will be sued civilly and that will cost him more than I want to imagine. Dudes momma already said he didn't have to beat him as long and hard as be did. The animals are always looking for a pay day.

My baby momma worked at a big HVAC company in Merced and received a summons from some people they never heard of in Fresno. It basically read fatass Sharquisha was overloading a ladder her boo stole from a job site and fell. She had representation and wanted over $1 million. Not sure what happened but the costs and time has to suck

Lol.. What are you guys new around here. Criminally the "Hero" is good. Anybody can take action to save life or prevent serious bodily injury. Civily, there is absolutely NOTHING stopping the suspect from suing the "Hero" for everything he owns. Would he win, probably not. But it has been the reality for many many years.

As to the video. Would have been much more affective to come up, and kick that's dudes knee forward (impact the back of his knee) then just worry about controlling the armed hand. His knee would have blown out and between that and the pain you just gotta hold on for the ride. Or.... maybe in a few months if the CCW things holds up just put a bullet in the back of his head. Problem solved.... but you're still gonna get sued.
