Sure glad I don’t live in North Dakota like my family

I’m fucking cold all the time even here in California
Wearing a sweatshirt is now normal and still cold
Wonder if I’ll adjust over time
But I have noticed that when working I don’t sweat like I use to

You should eventually adapt... start doing some cold plunges and sauna sessions... get your body able to calibrate itself.

You'll adjust. Give it a little time

I enjoy cold water surfing, non crowded waters up the coast and beyond, seen 50* water temps mid winter. My body fat percentage can fluctuate quite a bit depending on diet. When my fat content is high I can stay out in cold water for hours and not even notice. When my body fat content is low at the one hour mark the cold sets in and the strength goes away.

Modern day wetsuits are nothing short of amazing, by the time you feel wet n them it’s already warm. The material is super flexible, nothing like the wetsuits I had 30 years ago as a kid, always froze my dick off in those things 😂

Im down 70lbs.... the biggest shock to me was the cost to reset my wardrobe with clothes that actually fit... Damn clothes are expensive...but I did really enjoy having more options that 3 or 4 x .

Congratulations on your progress.

Are you on blood thinners also? That could be a reason too.

If you want some practice acclimating you can help me clear some snow. I just finished making space for my garbage cans and accessing my daughters car..

I was soaked in sweat when I was done

I thought surfers just pee'd in their wet suits to get warm? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Biggest thing I've noticed is buoyancy .... i used to jump off my boat and bob right back up floating like on an inner tube... now I have to constantly tread water staying afloat ha
Yes , well with the help of GLP 1 I'm hoping to turn that "inner tube" into a 6 pack ........😂

Let us know what GLP 1 is friend
Know better as semaglutide or Ozempic or Zeptide or Mounjaro Helps curve appetite dramatically I'm 8 weeks of injections in , 20 lbs I would likely lose more if I quit drinking beer Has other health side attributes as well including heart benifits, skin conditions etc
Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 (GLP-1)

GLP-1 is a naturally occurring hormone that plays a crucial role in regulating blood sugar levels, appetite, and digestion

dont they say you gain an inch of dick per X amount of weight lost. keeping you cold is gods way of stopping you from getting big dick energy 🤣

Yep. I've been buying new clothes for a few months, and it adds up. A new suit for those occasions that demand it was about $1K.

I'm down 104 lbs from 2022.

Good job, Dan.

Agree... I'm kicking myself for getting rid of all my "skinny" clothes when I moved south and lost weight... I'd love to have all my board shorts back now

Never thought about this. I used to be always cold. Maybe time for me to loose a couple of pounds.

Yup, I lost 115 lbs and in a consent state of cold. I was happy with my 2 throw blankets for christmas.
