I’m fucking cold all the time even here in California
Wearing a sweatshirt is now normal and still cold
Wonder if I’ll adjust over time
But I have noticed that when working I don’t sweat like I use to

You should eventually adapt... start doing some cold plunges and sauna sessions... get your body able to calibrate itself.

I enjoy cold water surfing, non crowded waters up the coast and beyond, seen 50* water temps mid winter. My body fat percentage can fluctuate quite a bit depending on diet. When my fat content is high I can stay out in cold water for hours and not even notice. When my body fat content is low at the one hour mark the cold sets in and the strength goes away.

Im down 70lbs.... the biggest shock to me was the cost to reset my wardrobe with clothes that actually fit... Damn clothes are expensive...but I did really enjoy having more options that 3 or 4 x .

Yup, I lost 115 lbs and in a consent state of cold. I was happy with my 2 throw blankets for christmas.
