....and people wonder why everyone lurks forever before jumping in the pool. I agree you gotta roll with the punches, but you need like 6 months of daily viewing to figure out which ones are light jabs and which are legitimate boots to the chest.

I watched this forum for a good while before jumping in
Lots of shit seemed a mystery, and some things I still dont understand :D

Things I learned early on:

-What my "inmate number" was
-Everything SUX
-Grammar is everything
-GRADS is a controversial name
-Frank Holbert......
-Deckboat dock shenanigans travel fast
-Richie loves Raquel Welch and would do pretty much anything to get at it

Things I recently learned:
-All about VIN
-The power of RDP can / will hunt you down if you down if needed
-You never know who's reading the forums

Things I still dont know:
-Who was Eli...

That's pretty good so far. The Eli thing isn't really anything I will comment on, except it was a female poster here, and she doesn't really post here anymore. The deckboat at foxes thread was my best ever find when I was new, that's a good 2.5 hours of reading :thumbsup :thumbsup

Newbies should search "legendary threads" and read all the links that appear in that thread to get the finger on the pulse of the whole deal.

Agreed, but you learn that in time, all the first people to tell someone to "lighten up francis" if the roles were reversed and they were new to forums certainly wouldn't back down from someone getting tough on them, its all very ironic. Either way, RD Sux and the good far outweighs the bad.

This goes for all places and things in life.

Most people just need to "lighten up". It is only then that they seem to figure this out. [emoji106]

I have been around since the beginning and still cannot track some of these things. On the other hand I do not live on here as some others do. You can tell that by the post count. It is a good read for something to do on my lunch break (or the times I really don't feel like accomplishing anything useful).

Not really into the swag thing so I managed to completely avoid this one. At the same time no one other than grads and one or two others would recognize the swag around here. Now that I know the game I may need to send a few requests 460's way for stuff. You know, just to keep things stirred up a little.:D

The shit has lived through numerous forums on top of it. RD's is the latest and in my opinion the best and strongest as Dave has learned and done it right.:thumbsup

"Spinnin' out in the reeds....." is one of my favorites that doesn't come up much. "Later" is another tied back to a classic thread. "Bnag!" is a classic that appears time to time. Lots of classics go back to members gone on their own or with help from mods.

So much great humor is what I love about the place.:thumbsup

Nice welcome fuckface. I hope to run into you on the water one day.

Never going to happen....460 fell in love with a cute little woman and is currently working on baby 3 in a 18 month span.

Between changing shitty diapers ,voting for obama , rooting for the Donkey's ,watching re runs of Stanford and sons and remodeling the rocks in his back yard he just doesn't have the time available to hang out on the water anymore.:(:skull

MAB!!!:D:D:cool

The spin out in the reeds was classic. That's about the only one I really read. The Later stuff was right before I joined in here. I remember reading Killrtoy and his recollection of the events and I couldn't believe it. It was hilarious to see the chops and GIF's TBI did afterwards too.

What did Obama do to you? Leave him out of this.

Things I still dont know:
-Who was Eli...

She really is bat shit crazy. All I will say is I had her and my wife in bed together and I dropped a dutch oven on them. It was pretty awesome.

Doesn't say much for your wife now does it? I know Eli, and she's a pretty good person, even though I agree with a part of the crazy deal....but aren't we all?
I've held off on most of my opinion of you, but I'm now pretty sure you're a dip shit.

I know of it and the jokes but I never actually saw or could find the thread. That one and him crapping his pants.
