Birx reportedly said the data could be inflated by as much as 25 percent.

Birx cited the agency’s systems for tracking the virus, saying they are antiquated.

Clearly if they admit to 25% overstating, its probably closer to 45 or 50 %.

That puts it in flu like numbers.
