Yes and no...the Constitution states that the qualifications for VP are the same as President. That said, Barry can no longer run for or hold the office of President. If they glossed over that, he could be VP and transferred the reigns from a President if either he or the President envoked the 25th, claiming they could not fulfill the obligations as President.

Doesn't look like that is the case.

The U.S. Constitution and its amendments provide some guidance on this matter. The 22nd Amendment states that "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice". This means a person cannot be elected as President more than two times.

The 12th Amendment states that "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States". This implies that if a person is ineligible to be President, they are also ineligible to be Vice President.

He can hold the office off president, just can’t be “elected President”.

Probably going to be another amendment to fix the loop hole, but it’s their. Research it.

That's why I said if they "glossed" over that, he could. According to the Constitution, he is no longer eligible to "hold the office of President"...the Constitution says nothing about being elected, it says shall not hold the office for more than two terms.

Unfortunately, the dems don't see the Constitution as anything more than another problem to solve. They wouldn't let that stop them.
