Omc shop in socal or Havasu?

Have a lower off a 1985 Johnson 3.6gt V8 I want to have gone through. Looking for someone that knows these motors. I've seen some recommendations for Baca marine but most of those posts are older. Are they still the go to or is there another shop I should contact?

We went by Dave’s marine in chino the other day, he said he still works on them. I believe they are appointment only.

I also use Jimmy at Chong's marine. He's down the street from Legends in Havasu and has a bunch of old parts for the weird models. If Jimmy's not around talk to Bobby he knows his shit too!
