Left foot forward, I'm 5-9 170 as far as the suit goes. Both are in good shape although I wouldn't remove the bindings unless it's to use on another ski. This ski has had a few sets of bindings on them. $400 for ski and bindings $200 for the suit. Eric 562-505-7388 text or call
