I am sure that he thinks that this dispute was not his fault but given time he can fix it.

What is it about it that you don't know about?

That's not really a charge. Been there done that. If he put his hands on his wife or son it's a felony and he'll spend a few nights in jail till he sees a judge. Recent experience w hhis [emoji17]

Not 100% true. My now wife and her ex got into it when we were first dating. My wife's bail was 25k (2500 bond) which I posted and she was out in less then 8 hours. Her ex husband spend 4 days in jail since his parents would not post the bond.

It absolutely is a crime..........and depending on the false information, ranges from Misdemeanor to a Felony.

Well then his mistake was saying anything or giving any information. I don't talk to cops at all. I'm not against them I think they have a hard job but for my protection I never say a word. Arrest me and let me talk to my dad or lawyer

Providing false info isn't the crime of the century, and ranks pretty low on the "Tim douchebaggery scale".

That's more or less what I was sayin. Im not sure it's even chargeable. Especially w all the fraud and shady shit. Really arrests him for not giving his name up?

Not giving your name and giving false info are two different things.

I agree with you though, in his world that's nothing.
And I am not talkative either when I am pulled over. (Which is about my only interaction with cops anymore)

Still, false info IS a charge if the cop wants to do it.

The guy stole hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe millions?) from people, and the best they can arrest him for is giving false info? It's not like he's gonna do time for that LOL

Tim probably thinks he's bulletproof at this point.

Why would he not give them his name? Does he have warrants or something?

My lawyers advise...do not trust them, do not talk to them, avoid them if you can. If you have ever read a police report they are the most trumped up BS imaginable, compared to what actually happened. Unfortunately the ones I have had th pleasure of reading involved me.

Exactly the same thing mine told me. His exact words were. "Shut the fuck up hand them my card and be quiet till I get there"

He probably gave her the old "RiverDave slap".:rolleyes
This is the standard divorce PPO in process. Wonder if it is sinking in yet that he is in a world of shit.

Amazes me you can steal a car and go to prison but a guy can fuck people on boats for an exorbitant amount of money and it is a civil issue...not criminal.

Unfortunately I've also read quite a few crazy reports with my name in them [emoji17] staying quite has also helped me get the best possible outcome.

You touched her enough to get her pregnant! ;). Good to hear. The way you phrased your statement that you had recent experience with that gave off the impression.

Lol... True [emoji4] No, not me someone very close went through a very unfortunate event though. Sux for everyone involved

So he probably first told the cops, "It's all cool I'm RIVER DAVE" .

To which the cops replied;"try again, you're not drinking Bud Light while driving a Schiada" .

To which he replied; "OK you got me, I'm Ronald's McDonald's son, Tim" .

It takes a 'brain trust' to fight with and BEAT on those close to you that know all your secrets ........

If you guys want to know, it ALL comes down to what type of cop pulls you over. New cops throw you the book, where as older cops let certain items slide a bit. You can get locked up for the simplest shit these days because of so many fucking bullshit laws. I'm 100% not saying that dude doesn't deserve to be where he's at, but if it was a roockie cop pulling him over, they would bring him in for false ID. Even older cops might do the same. All brings me back to my main point....all depends on what type of cop you deal with. I wouldn't know, I'm a Angel!
