Im not seeing how the outboards are attached; are they directly to the transom or on setback brackets?

Not a great pic, but they're mounted to 7" setback jack plates if I recall correctly.

Had a 25 Daytona with decent NA Big block & no chance I'll go back.

Thank you, they've had a lot of interest from customers that have stopped by the shop.

They pulled it from the mold in early May, there were a few delays in getting some parts like the canopies and changing some things up that made it take a little longer to finish up. I was amazed at how fast it moved along once it was out, the deck boats really fly across the production line!

You'd have to call as I believe Nordic had a price increase on their boats as of the first of the year.

Thanks for all the compliments! I spent a few days driving it last week and had a blast! I thought I'd really miss the sound of a big block but can really appreciate the quietness of the outboards. Night and day difference in ride/feel at higher speeds compared to my old Magic.

It's pretty mild if the speed is holding between 65-75, if the boats accelerating it goes through that speed range pretty quick and don't notice it.

porpoise issue was corrected in 2011 if I remember right
