Funny you should say this. We have been working on a lake property for the last few months. I'll post up a thread on buying the worst property on a good lot and transforming it to a cool lake spot.

Alot of stuff made it through the fire that I was surprised. 1 old cabin survived which was my grandpa's. He died in 1989 and left the ranch to his 3 sons. That is the place I have the most memories at.
All the work to restore and make livable might be gone for the rest.


The dream is still alive and well. I spoke to my cousin who just spent 6 hours cutting a new road to get down there. He's got a great positive additude on rebuilding View attachment 1432699

Prices are all over the map. Nothing really comes up for sale. If it does it goes foe way over asking. This was the 3rd place we put an offer on.
