I was always under the impression that only charged crimes could get pardoned, so Joe's pardon for crimes that Hunter may have committed from Jan. 1, 2014 to Dec. 1, 2024 wouldn't apply. Maybe Hunter had to disclose his crimes for that period in order to get pardoned for them? Seems crazy that a President can just wave his wand and give someone blanket immunity from prosecution for any crimes in a 10 year period... We'll certainly know more in the next couple of days, that much I do know.
