I was born and raised here, CA is all I know. It sounds stupid but I feel like getting out of CA is letting these clowns win.

I am 4th generation. Family has been here since the late 1800's. In my 53 years, California has gone down the drain. It is truly a lost state IMO. We have our place in Havasu, but we are eyeing other places as well. Too much bullshit to deal with in the "Golden State" these days, and it's only going to get worse.

So then cars will all be electric. Where in the fuck do these idiots think the power comes from? They have to shut the power down on hot days as it is, and you expect to have all these new cars plugged in to the dilapidated power grid.

What happens to people like us who have boats, large RV's and 5th wheels that need large trucks to pull from point A to B? Do they plan to retrofit all of CA with charging stations?

San Francisco bour·geois politics.
Newsome is a Tom Steyer puppet.
The electrical grid can't handle what's flowing through it now. Charging all these vehicles it sure as hell won't then either.
Libs have blocked all new Power Plant construction for the past decade too.

If you think about it, this is what big government wants. To restrict our travel ranges with cars that can't go very far. The more they restrict us, the more control they have.

Have you guys ever rode a Bird or Lime Scooter? If you go into a restricted zone, they literally shut off. This is what they want for cars. Imagine, they can shut your car down if you don't pay your taxes or behave poorly or just dictate where and when you can travel. Not obeying stay at home orders? They will turn your car off! Hard to do that with gas cars.

The control they currently have and the potential they have for more is frightening. China is leading the way with AI for dictators like Gavin.

AI Tech is not good for us but good for the socialist dictatorships governments.

Tom Steyer the communist lier.
He backs AOC, Nev Gov Sisolak, Newsome, Katie Hill,, and ghost ran their advertising campaign with his billions.

Steyer picked a few good stocks and thinks he'll save the world.
He'll hang us with the rope we sold him.

The state keeps running out of water and will not build new dams, which could also produce power. They just let it all flow to the ocean

The government (well in CA at least) is not about solving problems. They are about creating/endorsing problems then utilizing the problems to their financial and power benefit. If there is less power and a high demand, they can dictate who gets it and when and for how much.

Same goes for water, social aid and so on.

If this goes through they will do exactly what they have done to diesel trucks and busses.. disallow registration of them after a certain time period.

Yes. But there will be scheduled rolling blackouts so every other weekend travel will be restricted.

Elimination of all Internal Combustion Engines in 15 years, and a Carbon Free economy within 25 years. Funny not 1 mention of modernizing the states power grid, or where tf all this power is going to come from to propel all these vehicles and factories. What an Ass Clown we have as a governor!!!

Hmmm where’s the electricity coming from to charge 40 million cars. Let alone the horrendous mining impact on the earth for lithium.

LOL When you really think it through it seems greener to use dead dinosaurs.

Sometimes I think these moves are just headlines to overshadow their complete ineptitude

Funny thing about Newsome- He just seemed to be thrown into the Governor seat. Dont recall seeing any commercials to endorse him, dont recall seeing his name on the ballot. He was literally chosen for us.
He was photogenic like AOC and Katie hill.
People voted for him because he looked good.

Wife & her nurses friends are gathering sigs to remove him from office because they see first hand what murderers and child rapist do. Newsome pensioning them off is reason enough. Voters want the death penalty and they want it carried out.

We pay over 50% in taxes and they want more, lots more.
Liberals are parasites.

The electric system in CA can't sustain a warm day and AC usage, let alone also supply billion of kWhs to charge electric vehicles.

No more dams for hydro, no more nuke, no more coal and oil fired plants. Wind cant do it.

Did these fucks all have the same lobotomy doctor as AOC. LOL we are going to cut out your entire brain except for the part that is responsible horrendously bad judgment

Not at $15 a gallon.
Let’s see, no new gas cars sold, you can bet private transfers will negated to further phase out engines.
One can only imagine what that will do to Fuel based businesses...and their associated tax burden.
Big players are already diversified. The big oil companies all have alternative divisions.
They will monopolize the fuel needed to produce electricity...and/ or the fuel needed to build more windmills lol

But all that aside, and factoring in the lefts hallmark of unintended consequences, gasoline will be so heavily taxed to negate the untold losses of revenue it’ll be like gold.

Of course, it’s likely all moot anyway for countless possible reasons.

What are the people that live in the lower tiers of the economy going to do? Lease a Tesla at a $1000/mo? Many of these people commute in older vehicles that can be bought for cash and maintained (such that they are) at home.

Can't do that with electrics really. Stuff wears out. Are we going to see Jose's Electric Motor rewinding shops on the other side of the tracks?

Curious how they plan to dispose all of the defective batteries that the new electric cars use? Cant be any better from an environmental standpoint.

I’ll be in AZ where it’s a free country and Ca buys electricity from...

fuel will still be available it won’t be outlawed to own a non electric and it will take quite a few years to phase out gas After 2035. Im not a car guy and don’t have the luxury of packing my lunch and a lap top and going to work.

i have 1500 lbs of tools and gear I need to haul everyday, they don’t even have a electric work truck!

And how much of an impact is there to make the batteries? Including mining the lithium.

No you don't want an electric truck with rolling brownouts all the time. I got a new work truck I can sell you! They still have some brownouts from the back though. We will have the details worked out by 2035.

This all may seem ridiculous from a sane logical vantage point and rightfully so.
If one looks at this "insanity", The Green New Deal, fires, mudslides, intentional droughts, weather manipulation, intentional degradation of power grids and lack of building new power infrastructure as being a planned agenda, it all makes sense.
For example, people would always say maobama was an idiot and and his reign of terror was a total failure.
If one looks at it from their POV, he actually was the most effective POTUS EVER in furthering the destruction of the this country and leading us into the coming planned globalist technocratic tyranny.

Their plan is they want us with NO vehicles AT ALL. Not even electric ones!
The plans have been out in the open for a long time.
Read up on it at the United Nations website.
They are in your face and make no bones about Agenda 21/2030.
Is it a coinkeydinky that Blabbin Nuisance said by 2035?
Fudge for the 4/5 year stumbling block that is the Trump administration, and you will see the timeline of the agenda.
This is all planned. They are telling you what they are going to do. They always announce their plans.
When nobody cares, pays attention or protests, to them it is tantamount to acquiescence to their schemes.
Do the research. It's all out there.
Consider ourselves warned.

Billionaire Gordon Getty. Has been since he was 19. Getty set him up in that wine business that probably loses a shitload of money but pays him a handsome salary. Funded his run for Mayor of San Francisco, funded his run for Governor and will be funding his run for President in 2024.

I've been saying this for years. It makes people feel better about themselves. In the meantime coal is still charging your car, and fossil fuels get used like crazy in those lithium mines.
