Future Liner, heavy hitter in cars guy? Sold his collection a few years back, never knew he was a duner...good for him!

Yes, he's been a major contributor to the ASA and keeping Glamis open. I went to see his car collection before he sold it. Big dollar cars including The Pontiac from I Love Lucy, the Beverly Hillbillies Model A, the Boyd Coddington Alumitub (and a whole lot of other Boyd cars), the "Christine" Plymouth, the very first 60th anniversary 427 convertible Corvette signed by Roush, and a ton of other stuff. All parked in a hanger along with a fully restored and operational DC3 and a completely polished P-51. Great collection of airplanes and cars.

Yes and yes, owner Ron Pratt, Pratt development, sold to pulte homes just before the crash.
That property is dope af for the dunes. If city / county would allow, someone could make a killing doing barndo’s and vacation homes out there on some of the acres. Wouldnt even put a dent in the property.

Been there once and it was a once in a lifetime deal! Got a glimpse into the billionaire lifestyle. Kids hit the arcade, we toured the place and got to race the Honda pilots around the track… this was back when he had a bunch of pristine Honda pilots (which I think are gone now) there was a perfectly groomed mile long dirt track for the pilots and the RZRs were for a 5 mile track loop around the perimeter of the property. There was full time staff keeping the place in tip top shape.

Lottery dream purchase right there

It would have to be an indoor pool, like they have in Florida. Or, it would turn into a mud pit in short order!

Maybe it has a full grotto like Hurst Castle? Seems to have everything else! 👍🏼👍🏼

It would be a Dream Job just to be the caretaker

Cycle fuel thru all the cars !

Can you picture doing oil changes on 10 rzr’s and LS powered sand cars

I agree a pool is a must need !!

No pool needed, that’s a winter sport vacation house. No one’s swimming in 50deg weather, the winds would fill a pool w literal sand in a day, would have to be indoors. The roads out there can be covered in feet of sand in minutes.
summertime when you would use a pool, it’s hot as balls with no lake, its a ghost town, that’s when you head to your lake or ocean house with pools.
y’all are thinking as this is an end game home to retire in. This is lifestyles of the rich n famous vacation play property.

Could be so much more, Im already working on a master plan community + rv resort, concert and exhibition area, I suppose we can do a community indoor pool and multiple spas. create an entire vendors row in actual buildings not tents for parts, food etc.
The possibilities could be endless along with the money that could be made.

hell the aquaduct is right there, we can do a lagoon fed from aqueduct and return it back so no water used just diverted.

now if I only had 15mil to buy and another 30mil to develop, could profit 100s of millions
