Nice house for sale in Havasu with 3000 Sq Ft garage

sold in 2020 for 1.3 and now selling. for 5.5 in 2024. Beautiful home but damn you really gotta love havasu to pay that price.

That was the build cost no land no pool.

Another neighbor just listed his home for sale. Great garages. He just painted the trim black. Not sure if that was the right thing to do.

This last one is maybe 5 houses down from me. I paid 600k in 2018. My housee has more but I have not updated the kitchen ñ. Waiting for the kids to get a little older before I gut the house
After taking a Quick Look on Zillow prices are down quite a bit and there more houses for sale in Norco right now than I have seen in years

Last house is our good friend’s house. Going to miss their track nights!
