This is a nice house in Havasu built in 1989. Huge garages and nice outdoor kitchen and pool. The had this listed at $1.7 million in January and has been discounted along the way to $1.25 mil as of today. I think it will sell anywhere between $1-$1.1mil.

Also, that location is my favorite. We used to rent the same house around the corner for 8 years. Easy drive to windsor and very quiet part of the town.

It should exceed $1mil.
Neighbors just sold their older but beautifully updated/remodeled home with double/non-rv garage for a tad under $1mil.
Views just like my home though.

Bit of a squeeze to get the moho in the garage but clever use of the lot none the less.
When I lived in Havi there might have been 4 homes worth 1million.

There are some really nice houses over there really quiet. Only problem is when Chris Griner puts on his concerts for all the different boat regattas..

Yeah look at the property tax assessed value. Must of built it for 25k.

This last one is maybe 5 houses down from me. I paid 600k in 2018. My housee has more but I have not updated the kitchen ñ. Waiting for the kids to get a little older before I gut the house
After taking a Quick Look on Zillow prices are down quite a bit and there more houses for sale in Norco right now than I have seen in years

My wife would make me gut the whole thing because of the Tommy Bahama, Hobby Lobby, Mid 2000's Wine Country, Home is Where the Heart Is decor. And we would have to paint everything white and gray and PS: I fucking hate Tik Tok 😂

thought no way you can find anything in Torrance in the 6s. But a quick search of that area and there is another. Only $650K. Ed got the listing.

Prices are starting to drop here. My Realtor has one I could of got for 1,075,000 cash. With 100k upgrades it could be listed 1,475,000. Was listed for 1,375,000 trustees want it gone!

We are right next to the lake but the prices on the other side of the freeway are dropping and I haven’t seen this many houses for sale here ever. Remember these are minimum 1/2 acre lots.

That house and view were a unicorn though. My clients wrote an offer on it but we were loan vs cash unfortunately.

We really want to move to Havasu and get out of Santa Clarita. We’re waiting for the prices to drop a bit, but it doesn’t seem like they are gonna. We want something with a double RV, maybe in The Foothills. The prices are crazy there. We’ve looked at a few, but at 6-7% interest, I’m not gonna do it.

The best deal in Havasu for homes with a huge RV garage seem to be on the north end of town, in the two gated communities. We looked there and for $800K you get a brand new home with a double RV garage. I just don’t want to take 15 steps into my backyard and walk into my wall. My buddy has a house there that’s backed up to the sand dunes, so he’s got a view. Well until recently he did, they just started grading and making home pads in the sand.

I showed this home the other day. It would be perfect for a weekend warrior. Huge lot with double RV plus boat deep 3 car. All garages have AC. Large side parking with hookups. House is nice and clean 3/2 Just under 1400 sq ft. Plenty of room to add a pool. Would be a good little airbnb and you could store your boat in the detached with plenty of room for the renters to park. Priced at $639,999 50 days on the market and no offers. Call me if anyone has questions.
