The guy sold it before he got it really sorted, but a real eye opener for us aging street racers.

This car went 8.77 @ 133 clicking it about 900’. The class only runs 1/8 mile.

Thank you all for the kind words, been dreaming of earning a Wally since I was a kid. I’ve been trying to see if I can upload a video or two not sure if this will work but I’ll give it a shot.

So we've been to the track the last two weekends finishing up the 2019 season. Last weekend the kid won the West Coast Hot Rod index championship.

Congratulations to your son, and especially to you, for the time and effort spent to build not just a fast hot rod, but a wonderful relationship with your son.

Taking the class win at the CHRR is a moment you and your son made into a lifelong shared memory. That's even better than the Wallys.

So we ended last season on a pretty good note winning the last race of the NHRA heritage series Hot Rod Reunion. This year is starting off pretty good, the little shit won the season opener for the heritage series this weekend at the March Meets.

Thank you. We spend a lot of time on the little stuff to make the car consistent and we're not afraid to try different things.

That's just friggin' awesome. I haven't ever been involved in drag racing, but I know from my involvement in other types, that when you've made it to the top and won a championship, the other racers are all focused on beating you. Staying out in front of the pack takes a lot of hard work and requires nothing less than perfection.

We ended the NHRA Heritage series this weekend in Sacramento. It was a double header because they canceled the hot rod reunion scheduled for October.
Well..... my kid did it again!! He’s the new series champion. Couldn’t be more proud of him!!
