In a just court, the case would be tossed. You cannot constitutionally try someone without informing them what crimes they are being tried for.

This does not even deal with the impartial jury part.

The first time they informed the defense what the actual crimes were was after the closing arguments, despite the defense requesting the nature of the charges multiple times.

If this case gets to a real court, it's gone. But who knows if it ever gets there..
