Well...apparently I’m an idiot (who’d have though, right?). Tint is waaay to dark at night, I thought I had done all my trucks with 5% but that’s not the case. Tint has to come back off and get re-done lighter, at least on the front windows. Bummer

You could have tinted mine darker.

Billet grille arrived. Wasn’t quite the style I thought it was gonna be, it’s the “fatter” bars. Threw it on last night, didn’t like it at first but it’s growing on me. Think I’m gonna leave the front end chrome

Got the painted door handles in the mail yesterday, was gonna our them on but it’s raining
Still waiting for the painted new mirrors to show up

Swappped out the door handles this morning

Didn’t like the gold color of the bow tie on the grille, was going to order a billet one but decided to paint it and see how it looks black. This is plasti dip (4 coats) and the a few coats of “glossifier” clear UV protectant.

Mirrors have arrived....need to get the plastic painted caps to fit a little better before throwing them on. Look cool though!

Why not a white bow-tie? Maybe cut a piece of paper to the shape and put it on there to see how it’d look. Looks sweet either way but figured you’re getting rid of all the black accessories. [emoji1303]

You know it’s like two tabs and that emblem just pops righ my out? Lol probably took longer to mask and tape off. On a side note what was the process to change out the mirrors? Also where did you order from?

Mirrors are easy, have to remove door panels to get in there though. Ordered the mirrors from an eBay seller from the 909. $200, they paint the caps in house and send them wrapped separate from the mirrors. The caps didn’t fit great, had to cut off a few of the plastic tabs that didn’t line up and wouldn’t be used. Once I did that they popped right on.

I hear that. I just threw in a set of RF punch speakers. Factory head unit still. 100 for all four. Night and day difference.

Decided to go the other direction, wasn't happy with the leveling kit. Praise the lowered!
Just finished the drop. Had to cut the bed floor to clear the C-notch, which was a bummer. Ride-rite bags, quick fill valves, vlair compressor with 2 10 gallon tanks (to run the train horn also!). You can control the ride height with a phone app, pretty slick. This is fully dropped (park setting) - driving height is about 2" higher. Wanted it to drop lower but you run into some serious fab work to make that happen. Can't wait to to the boat and see how it does, im sure i'll need to get some bugs out of the setup.

The billet parts on the grill should be black.It would look mean.

Drop it, rims, white out the bumper, black out the billet, leave trim chrome, toss the molding and steps.
Then when you sell it to me I could add the vector yellow graphic down sides lined up with boat. And they could stay together like that. Awwwww
