The Supreme Court JUST ruled on this scenario this year when it overruled NY's position that "personal protection" is not sufficient for a CCW. The opinion made it very clear that a permit may be required but personal and property protection are sufficient reasoning covered under the constitution. This will get dropped by the simplest of lawyers.

As has been stated this is nothing more than a trial run to see what they can get away with. If they see a dip in crime, no matter how miniscule, look out. There will be an automatic correlation to this 30 day ban. And if it goes up the narrative will be, it would have been worse had we not done this.

We know states have been nicking away at gun ownership. Mag limits, no threaded barrels or semi auto rifles, waiting periods, required training, licensing, taxes, on and on. They will never give this up. If the buildup of the supreme court changes, it's all over.

Washington state is a good example. Dems control all 3 branches, and they are running with the ball. Lots of decrees, new laws, rules, executive orders, restrictions, you get the idea.

As I take it, she just violated the terms of her employment and can be summarily removed from office and executed for treason against the American Public.

Any officer of the state who follows said orders is also guilty.
