Just gets better and better in CA.

No more net operating loses for businesses who gross $1m or more and limits business tax credits to $5 million annually for the next 3 years (for now).

I'm not a business owner, nor a Californian, but it looks like they didn't really "cut" anything but the department of corrections, and just delayed growth to some others. Then went after successful people to cover the difference needed so they can still give medical to illegals.

Yup, no cuts just delays and dipped in the rainy day fund. He’s hoping to have tax revenue come back in a couple of years so no cuts needed but when it doesn’t he’s gone from office and it’s the next governors issue.

He will be running for president in ‘28.

They have collected double & triple the taxes from just a few years ago as the cost of goods, gas, property taxes, etc. have risen as such. How the fuck can we be in such a deficit? We need accountability for our money. You would think with the technology we have that would be easy, but noooo. The freaking Congo keeps better tabs on their money & voting than we do.

Nope, just telling like it is 😉
I know.
It just pisses me off, almost as much as the disappointment and the pure wonder.
Who are the people that think this is the correct direction??

Weather tax by your overlords. They will take advantage of you until you say no. I guess it’s not bad enough yet.

I have my LOI for a commercial property in Texas now, I wont miss another building.

I'm sooo fucking done. I love the weather and the scenery in CA (when you can see the mountains), but its not the same anymore. I want to explore another area, and Texas has the culture we believe in. Just hope I can find my AR's that I lost in my boating accident in long beach when I move.

This was me not to long ago. Born and raised and love ca culture. But I couldn’t take it anymore. I was bleeding dry. Weather was the only good thing that did out weigh all the negatives so we moved to Utah
