New and exciting ways to irritate your neighbors...

So I'm dragging a light tower up for a demo tomorrow at a mine outside Kingman. Lit it up today and there were a couple of lights that weren't working. Tweaked on stuff a bit at the yard and then drug it home. Of course I have to check and make sure that all the lights are working before I drag it a couple hundred miles to show what it can do.

Now as I rule I hate light towers, but this one is pretty cool. Fully hydraulic and it will run out horizontal about 25'. Perfect for mines and other operations working down in a pit where lighting is crucial. Most light towers put light out from a mast that has to be vertical or they will tip over. This one puts the light where you need it.

I didn't run it up as far as it would go and my neighborhood was pretty well lit up.

That's called a driveway, and it's covered with gravel. If you look closely at the pic, you'll notice a set of RV gates. Why would I want to plant grass on something that gets driven across and parked on every day??? Assclown. :fsakes:beer

Actually, on the East side I had a pair of little old ladies who were sisters. One of them kicked the bucket a couple years back. They used to bake me cookies all the time and tell me how I was the best neighbor and they never knew if I was even home.

As near as I can figure they definately needed to turn the hearing aides up a bit. I'd fire up the jet boat, ride the quad and dirtbike around the backyard, have loud music going, and they never heard anything. Best kind of neighbors to have... old and deaf.

Actually, not trying to get into this love triangle, but my driveway at the new house will have grass in it, "hollywood style" is what they call it.

They actually put a crate system under the grass that allows you to drive heavy trucks on it without damaging the look of the lawn.

This is the reason I would welcome Jordy to my neigborhood. I want revenge also. If its an eyesore then it would do the trick during the daytime also.
