He built his home about 10 years ago and added a huge garage / apartment about 3 years ago. A huge gas line divides his property with the guy next door. Always had to have a inspector onsite when he was digging footings.

No. Coming from river rd on budweiser make a left and a right a couple driveways down. He is next to Frank a retired Cal Trans employee who also has a place in Willow Valley.

Needles has the lowest electricity rates in the state of cal this is why all the pot farms are coming there the city thinks this will reinvigorate the area they welcome the warehouses of pot.

If you don’t like needles you just have to avoid it for shopping, dining, etc... I’m right across the river from it but I’m never there except to use the dmv. Lol..

When I first built my place in Mohave Valley I struggled for awhile with the people/locals in both Needles and bullhead. Really started to get to me actually and was questioning myself as to whether I wanted to be out there at all. But over time I learned to look at it differently. I simply don’t let myself get hung up on it anymore and see it for what it is, desert communities with low cost of living and what comes along with that. If you frequent the area and want to enjoy the river and the off-road then you will have to look past the bad and the people that don’t look like you. This needs to be past along to your wives and girlfriends who may bitch about it if you plan spend a lot of time here.

I live a pretty fast-paced life with my job and family so when I’m out here I often have the feeling of a refreshing step back in time. Lol...

I have met some nice folks over the years.I don't get out much,so the rif raf does not bother me.I like the fact of slowing the pace down.

The DMV is seriously the only thing there worth stopping for...walk in get helped, walk out, at least if you a CA resident. It's truly sad though. As a kid I grew up going to the river in Needles. My grandparents put a mobile on the waster in Verde Shores in 81/82. Damn I miss that place!
